Amazon Hotel Reviews

The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting attractions like the Acropolis and the Parliament Building. It's in a commercial area, so shopping and dining are also easy. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. However, the cleanliness was good; it was tidy and neat. The Wi-Fi wasn't very strong. Also, upon check-in, I had to pay an additional 5 euros per night, which they said was a city tax. The breakfast was Greek style, and it was decent.

Just a 3-5 minute walk from Syntagma Square, the complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind. They allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived in the morning and also granted a late checkout. Absolutely impeccable service!

This was the best hotel! The room was a bit small, but it was really affordable because of that. The breakfast was delicious, and I ate a lot every day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The first thing I noticed upon entering my room was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as every surface was spotless, the bedding felt fresh, and the bathroom was impeccably tidy. It made settling in and relaxing incredibly easy after a long day of travel. The staff were another highlight of my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was warm, polite, and eager to help. Whether it was answering questions about the area or accommodating small requests, they handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to get around without hassle. This added a lot of value to my stay, as I could explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. There was a great variety of options available, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the day and set the tone for whatever plans I had ahead. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

Room #0105 which faced the road was assigned. It was noisy from 3am onwards and reason given was an Easter weekend for 3 nights. I booked a standard double room which totally felt like a small economy double room and was insisted upon me by Amazon that this was an upgrade for my 3rd day under another new booking. Toilet shower was small and water was inconsistenly hot and cold. Worst room stayed in my entire Europe trip.

Awesome! The receptioniston duty was pleasant, kind and friendly! I told her i would be leaving early at 5.30am. She offered to have our breakfast packed since we could not have it dine in as it starts at 7am. The room was nice! New, clean and cosy bed. Toilet was beautifully designed too. Toilet amenities provided. Complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. Location is superb! Located around Syntagma square.

A really lovely hotel situated right in the middle of Athens, close to everything ! The staff were wonderful and friendly and the room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Defiantly will stay here again. I would suggest you don’t book a taxi through the hotel just flag them down on the street or use Freenow ( I booked one as It was early in the morning, they were late due to unforeseen circumstances and then charged me nearly double what I paid for a return trip ! )

The room was clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, which was great. The host's hospitality was also exceptional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the price. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Athens in the future.

Thank you for a team AMAZON. for a care and comfort .....everything was more tham PERFECT ...will be back againg xxxx

The hotel's location is convenient, but the rooms are tiny and the amenities are on par with, or even worse than, budget chains like Home Inn or Super 8 in China. It can also be noisy at times. Not recommended.

A very comfortable stay with great amenities and excellent service. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended.

+ Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to Syntagma Square (X95 bus stop) and a 2-minute walk to the main shopping street. There's an amazing bakery next door, Ergon Bakehouse, which has delicious breakfast and a constant queue for its baked goods. They even packed us a breakfast box to take to the airport for our early flight. - Cons: The soundproofing isn't great. Our room was opposite the linen closet, and the constant coming and going was quite noisy.

Solid for 1-3 nights to explore the city. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. We had a very early flight. The night bus stop is right next door. We were concerned about safety, but it was a safe route at 5 AM on Saturday night/Sunday morning. The room furnishings are older, so it's more suitable for shorter budget trips.

Excellent location, and safety wasn't an issue at all. The room was quite small, and some front desk staff were friendly while others were indifferent. Overall, pay attention to the room size when booking, especially if there are two of you.
