The room was clean and very comfortable. Reception was helpful and accommodating as well. Overall a good stay 👍

Very good. The front desk was very friendly. We were allowed to check in early. The room was cleaned and the sheets were changed once every 3 days. The room was clean and convenient. There were kitchen supplies.

The hotel is very convenient to check in. We arrived at night and called to check in by ourselves. The facilities inside are very complete and we can cook our own meals. The downside is that it rained heavily in Auckland on the first day, and the window of my friend's room leaked, but the hotel quickly upgraded our room.
