It was unfortunate that ants appeared in the sink and the bread we bought got covered in ants. We had two rooms, so we asked if there were ants in the other room, and they were sleeping happily with ants in the other room. I'm speechless The next day I saw other employees and asked, and they confirmed that he was completely lying. When I picked up my luggage, they gave me a small gift with a small card inside, and asked me to complain to the manager. I wrote a complaint letter estimated to be a thousand words long. But they won't fire that sb-named Sam because he has NZ status and is considered local. They can only wait for him to resign on his own. simply outrageous The breakfast in the hotel is good. It is delivered to the room. If you want to take a picture of the breakfast, you can try it. But I didn’t experience the service at all.

The staff is very rigid. Check-in must be done at 2pm. If you go early, you have to pay extra. They won't give you the room even if it's available. The room is different from the pictures. The coffee machine in the room is broken. It has just been renovated but still has a strong smell of renovation. The food in the hotel restaurant is very salty. The side dishes are all the same.
