On-site parking was available at a cost, but was a bit challenging to navigate and move around within (the lots are a bit small). The room had a kitchenette and dining/living area which was large and had a direct view of sky tower. Sleeping room is cozy. Surroundings felt rather safe as well. Recommended if visiting Auckland.

It’s funny that I get to write my first review for a hotel. Since this is a new hotel, there are no reviews for this hotel on any hotel platform. In addition, I have had disappointing accommodation experiences in Europe and Australia in the past. When booking a room, I can only try it with a luck mentality. Fortunately, I was very satisfied with this stay. The main entrance of the hotel is from the alley behind the church (note that it is not the door facing the road). The hotel facilities are new and clean. There is a coffee machine in the underground lobby, and bread and bottled juice are provided in the morning. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, proactive and courteous. When we checked in, they took the initiative to help us deliver our luggage to the room immediately. When we checked out, they also asked us if we needed help calling Taxi. They learned that we had arranged a Super Shuttle ourselves and took the initiative to help us communicate with the driver and provide guidance. The driver drove the car to the main entrance of the hotel (it turned out that there was another entrance to the parking space underneath the hotel). The hotel room is very clean, with enough space to open two large suitcases, and the view outside the window is very beautiful! All snacks and drinks in the room are free for guests to consume. The bathroom is very spacious and the toiletries are very fragrant and useful. However, the bathroom countertop is a bit lacking in space. We stayed here for three nights and the room was tidied the next day to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience. It was a good place to rest and recharge after arriving in New Zealand after a long flight.

Nice city and harbor view from the room. Staff are friendly with excellent service. Walkable distance to the britomart station, close to city center and viaduct harbor

This hotel was recommended by my friend who used to work here. I requested a high floor and it was granted so the room’s view of the harbor is 🤩 (12th floor Social King Room). It’s the first time that a radio was turned on as I entered the room. I even thought my next room neighbor’s music was that loud. I didn’t expect it that you can slide the door from the toilet so you can have a full view of the harbour. I liked the room very much. Thankful that I was allowed to check in early. Appreciate it a lot! I intentionally left my puffy jacket and left a note about it. Whoever owns it now, please take care of it. I’ll be back when I go back to Auckland. The hotel staff is very nice. Rose Patk and nearby is a good place to walk and chill and enjoy the beauty of this area. just that if you have heavy luggage remember to choose G/F, even the hotel staff is happy to carry it up to 2/F. We had dinner at the Hotel Resturant and each of our order was satisifing.

The room is very big. I book the villa room is very comfortable. I can go out and see the same large grassland in the sea. 😌 nzl holiday suburbs can choose. In addition, the restaurant dinner is good for my appetite 👍🏻

I was really lucky to be allocated to room 8A which is facing to fort st. The noise from the KTV was loud esp on the last weekend of school holiday - luckily I'm still managed to sleep. What worried me most from others reviews was, the place is an emergency accommodation and their experience was really scary. I'm so lucky nothing happened during my stay. What I learnt after reading the reviews of this hotel is - check if was listed as crisis accommodation before you book

Hotel location is very good, crossing a small road is the port, not far from the sky tower Queen Street; the staff is very warm; breakfast is simple but enough to eat; whether the room or restaurant, ventilation is very good 👍

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

Excellent central location with easy access around the North Shore and into the city. A new building with all facilities maintained in pristine condition. On line booking is very easy. We checked in extremely late (around 4am), and this process worked smoothly. We also booked a parking space under the building (not a critical requirement but convenient with limited street parking nearby). This was organised without any problem (the staff were very patient in handling my changes). While the hotel has no restaurant, there are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everything was good with our stay (3 nights), and I would recommend for business or holiday travel.
