Not a bad location, quite easy to reach Sky Tower on foot in about 15-20 mins. There’s a good Chinese vegan restaurant and a Thai restaurant just down the road. The hotel has quite good noise isolation, I could hear neighbors not the street traffic. The bed was comfortable but very weird bed sheets - after waking up I find myself wrapped inside inner blanket and I found some long hair on it meaning it happens with others. The room seemed like it needs refreshment - especially bathroom looked old. The staff were nice and friendly.

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

The location is invincible and very convenient. The comprehensive service is OK. I went to the club only once and the experience was very bad. The service staff was not at work at first, and they looked unhappy after being called for a long time. The bed and pillow in the room were too soft, and the air conditioner was too hot. The breakfast can only be said to be very average.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Very friendly and professional staff members, from check in to breakfast.
The bed was very comfortable and I was so pleased to have feather pillows! Some bedside lights would be useful. The bathroom was spotless and the body products were very nice.
Big buffet breakfast, great coffee and egg station.
We expected a bed after a long flight, arriving in the middle of the night, we got so much more and will be back

The location is really convenient, the hardware facilities are passable in New Zealand, but the service is really indescribable ... the coffee machine has a problem. From the morning to the evening, 4 or 5 phones are not counted, and the people who clean the hotel and the front desk repeatedly. Communicate. Every time the answer is given, send someone immediately. Finally at ten thirty in the evening finally came to check. The other room was not cleaned, it is estimated to be off work and very speechless

Such a great place to stay. You get a whole apartment for yourself with a kitchenette and washing machine. Great view of the sky tower and well equipped accommodation in the very center of the city.
Such a great experience.

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThere's no bell boy to assist guest upon arrival and even up to the room. Basically this hotel is ”self-service” hotel. From carrying the luggages upon arrival to the room and out of the room (check out). You have to do it all by yourself by taking the trolley and upload those luggages on to it and bring it to your room. The same applies when you want to check out.
Some of the reception staff are not friendly upon welcoming guest to the hotel. Upon our arrival at around 3pm (NZD time) , the reception staff seems not happy in welcoming us. When we asked them why there's no one to assist us on the luggages (5 luggages), and their response was ”they never assist anyone beyond the double entrance glass door”. We were so suprise with their response
To be fair, there are other staff [the chef, manager and other reception staff that was on night duty (other than the one assisted us upon our arrival)] are very kind and friendly. They are happy to assist us whenever we have issue during our stay and they go beyond their duty by sharing a lot of tourism information which was very useful to us as tourist in Auckland, NZ.
GGuest UserHad a pleasant stay with this hotel. The hotel staff generally offer very good services and they are extremely helpful. Would definitely be back next time.
JJon-MLHKThe experience was mostly good... staff were quite helpful except for 1 thing.... (see below); place was well located, clean.. ambient temperature was good even though there was only 1 a/c unit.. maybe be different in high summer..
encountered 2 issues:-
1) The door to balance is left opened.... hotel would not provide a key to lock it... as no key is given out... the lock may be incorporated in the door handle when lifted.. appeared this particular door may not be installed properly..
2) Very strange - The receptionist refused to reserved a parking space for me for some reason... (under 3 separately occassion, day after check-in, day before needing to use and the actual morning of the day of use).. and when i drove the rental car to the hotel.. it was full as apparently; i did not book....
XXiaoerailvyouThis is a hotel I like very much. First of all, it has a very wide balcony, a full set of kitchen supplies, and complete facilities. Hot water is also very good and can relieve your fatigue.
TTravelang88Went there to stay when driving pass Auckland. There are limited parking lots and required to be booked in advance. We stopped the car to unload our luggage’s and check in then had to drive one round to the carpark. BEWARE not to drive along the bus lane at the side as you can get fined. Other than that the room is quite small as expected for a city hotel.
MMelzza23Easy check in. Front desk customer service is awesome! Only one entrance to the hotel which meant the carpark was far away from our room. The foyer had an off stench every time you walked in. The room was great, especially for what we paid for it. The buffet breakfast closes earlier in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at so we didn’t get to enjoy brunch for long. Also would be beneficial to have a little sign for items you can order somewhere near the buffet as we didn’t know you could order hashbrowns. The only hassle we had was housekeeping. 2 days we had left early and arrived late to our room not done and the sign still on the door. One of those days, we had popped back in to pick up some clothes and housekeeping was outside our room when we came out. Excuse the guitar in the pic, was taking a shot for something else but here’s a snippet of the decor.
GGuest UserGreat location. The bed and sheets were wonderful but the rest of the unit was very very tired. The shower head would not stay in its cradle. The fridge had a horrible smell. I asked for a wake up call but the phone in the room was not working.
GGuest UserBudget is a key word for this hotel.
More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.
I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers).
On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room.
Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends.
Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.
DDoct MOHSIN ALIDelux room is perfect, staffs are cooperative, decent environment, highly recommended. Positive points pick/drop services are available.
Suggestions: try to check the room as queen room have shower tap issues ,small issues but hopefully solve it; also provide water , spoons in each room. Overall rate 5/5.
