The service attitude is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete! The room has a large balcony, which is very spacious and comfortable, and the view outside the window is also beautiful! There are also many restaurants near the hotel, and there are several playgrounds suitable for children to play. There are many bars not far away on weekends, which are a bit noisy.

There are three InterContinental hotels in this area. The price of InterContinental is in the middle, the scenery is OK, and you can see some sea. You can park temporarily in front of the hotel when you check in. I didn't know it when I first came, so I parked the car in the parking lot next to it, and it cost 80 yuan for half an hour.

The hotel facilities are very modern. The room is a bit small but has a sense of design. The staff is warm and friendly. Special thanks to the staff for picking up our mobile phone in the hotel lobby and helping us put it back in the room. In addition, the food in the hotel restaurant called kingi is also delicious.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

The location is really convenient, the hardware facilities are passable in New Zealand, but the service is really indescribable ... the coffee machine has a problem. From the morning to the evening, 4 or 5 phones are not counted, and the people who clean the hotel and the front desk repeatedly. Communicate. Every time the answer is given, send someone immediately. Finally at ten thirty in the evening finally came to check. The other room was not cleaned, it is estimated to be off work and very speechless

Wow wow wow. We were amazed at our time here. We were not expecting such quality from an airport hotel. The room was lovely and modern with a great view. The most spectacular part was the hotel restaurant 10/10. The food was glorious. We had just come in from 18hours of travel. Dinner was out of this world. If you stay here the restaurant is well worth the added expense.

Amazing
XXiaotanshanlaoyaoThe most satisfactory and favorite hotel during this trip around New Zealand's North Island
My family is very satisfied with this hotel.
AAnonymous UserClean and tidy. There is no toothbrush in the bathroom, so you’d better bring your own. Its location is very convenient since it is just near the ferry terminal. It’s only a few blocks away from Sky Tower, but there are many one-way roads nearby, so be cautious if you’re driving. The reception staff were nice. I used valet parking, and it cost $60. I think that’s expensive, but I couldn’t be bothered searching for public parking—which would have cost about $40—and then walking around with my suitcases. The view from the 12th floor was nice, and from the 8th floor, I enjoyed a partial view of the port. Overall, I'm happy staying at this hotel—it was a great choice to wrap up my NZ trip.
HHeCheck in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.
八八宝粥VIPHotel location is very good, crossing a small road is the port, not far from the sky tower Queen Street; the staff is very warm; breakfast is simple but enough to eat; whether the room or restaurant, ventilation is very good 👍
GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay! Although it is a narrow, gravel road for most of the way once you come off the motorway, it is beautiful, peaceful and worth the drive. The staff were attentative and service was great. The villas are spacious (attached to one other villa), have a lovely deep bath and a double shower is great. Breakfast was so nice! We
林林The small facade, really small, has to be carefully scolded, or missed, the door is not like a five-star hotel. The hotel lobby is also small, and the lobby of several hotels in New Zealand is small. The whole hotel is very interesting from the appearance to the room. The restaurant is especially beautiful. There are not many food choices and the taste is OK. The breakfast delivered by the hotel is the simplest continental breakfast. It can be oversized, delicious, if you don't like it, you can choose Paid breakfast, it is worth living.
BBoshiwuThe receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.
MMongabeeThe hotel staff is very diligent. When I drove to the hotel, the waiter helped me pick up my luggage and arranged a parking space. The front desk staff was polite and the check-in efficiency was very high. I have stayed in Marriott Hotels many times and I still feel at home. The staff are happy to answer questions. The hotel is very new and clean. The bathroom is big enough. The toilet and bathroom are separated, and the design is very convenient. It was my daughter's birthday, and the hotel prepared a birthday cake and a greeting card. My daughter was very surprised. We checked out early and the staff had prepared parking and arranged breakfast for us. They were all smiling. I must stay in this hotel every time I travel.
KKexinThe breakfast is fantastic, parking is a little troublesome but understandable as it’s located in CBD. Hotel provides valet parking which is convenient for us. Great decorations and service provided.
