There is a tram away from the station, but the number of trains is small on the weekend morning, so I took a taxi waiting in front of the hotel and headed for the central station. I had dinner at the hotel because there were not many shops around. The room was large and had a balcony. Amenities were only shower soap provided as well as other hotels in Germany.

I arrived early and parked in the garage below the hotel. The room was already available so they let me check in. I think the Leonardo Hotel is fairly new. Everything was quite clean and fresh. You need your room key to activate the elevator to go to your floor. I thought this was very clear but so many of my fellow guests were confused and I had to explain. Perhaps this would be better clarified during check in. Through helping other people, I also found out that the key only works for your floor and you can't access other floors. During my three night stay, I rode the elevator with quite a few confused people. There is bottled water in the room when you check in and it's complimentary. In the bathroom, the soap, shampoo and body wash are all one bottle/formulation. There is no conditioner. I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but I did have dinner at the restaurant one night. It was good but I thought it was funny that I tried to order beer and they were out of a lot of it, as well as some of the menu items. The kimchi and hummus were delicious, and the signature drink was very interesting. My colleague and I needed a place to work on our computers one day and this hotel doesn't really have common/lobby space in which to do that because the restaurant area is closed outside of mealtimes. We sat in one of the conference rooms but a staff member chased us out. That's one improvement that I think this hotel could make (a place to sit and work and plug in a laptop), especially because it seemed like we were not the only business trip people there.

We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Friendly, uncomplicated reception! There are already many of the high-price hotels and hotel chains that can cut a ticket.. We have searched for and found a cheap accommodation on the journey to the holidays. Therefore we were ready to take off, which we had not to do here. nice, helpful, young crew at the reception. Clean, attractive room, facilities functional, fresh. Flattery air conditioning, which we have enjoyed in “monkey heat”. Breakfast ok, for the price called super( adults 10€/ children4€) All in all a fantastic price performance ratio!

In addition, when checking in, the automatic check-in machine at the door failed, and the whole check-in was delayed for a long time, but the service staff actively helped to deal with it.

- stay in the sunshine station for a fair visit - cheap to reach by car, but due to the location in a business area restaurants and others are not accessible by foot - attractive clean rooms without tape floor - that is happy to Allergic - Every room has a balcony - the smoker is happy ;-) - Unfortunately no deskchair to work on the desk. On the seat that is available, you sit too deep to work on the desk. - Kiss and cover rather by the cheap variety. There is better! - Free minibar that is filled daily (beer, water, cola, juice) - Very good breakfast in the 5th floor with a very good selection. Other hotels can cut a dish! Eggs and omelets are prepared freshly on request and a delicious sauce/cheese/backware selection - unfortunately only Burgers, pizza, snacks and salads in the restaurant. These were good, though not exceptional - the service is trying to dine but overloaded - only one force for about 25 guests and in the kitchen probably only one person. - On one night we wanted to drink a drink at the bar in the EC. The spirituose selection was very desperate, but there was a Remy, unfortunately not much. The cognac was presented in a glass of a drink - an absolute NoGo! There's still a lot of air upstairs. - To staff: always friendly, without being impeccable. - Concluded: if it works better in the restaurant and bar, there's also 5 points next time.

This hotel is located near the hospital, around 5 km (3 miles) away from the city center. You can visit the city by tram or by taxi/Uber. The hotel has spacious rooms (for European standards) and it is clean. The beds are comfortable. But what I liked the best is the attitude of the personnel. They are *ALL* very kind, ready to help you with anything, and very accommodating. One thing you need to keep in mind, though, is that the reception is not open 24 hrs. If you leave after hours (e.g., early morning) you need to check out the night before and then you leave the room key in your room. Another great feature is the quality of the breakfast buffet they have. you really need to try it! It includes eggs (hard-boiled and scrabbled), an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked croissants and various breads, sweets, and a bunch of other items. If breakfast is not included in the room price, it costs 15 Euros (and it is well worth it!) Around the hotel there are not too many things to do. You can have dinner there or walk 7-8 min to go to a nearby biergarten (Grill 'n Chill). But be aware that at certain times at night, sitting outside makes you a mosquito target. If you are going to the Munich airport they can recommend you a taxi/limo service, which operates a direct shuttle service for 50 Euros (they have more expensive options if you do not want to share your drive). This is a great deal since the railway ticket costs 29 Euros, you need to get a taxi to the station (I paid 15 Euros for Uber), and you need to change trains in Munich. So, if you need to stay near the hospital or you want a very good place to stay while visiting Augsburg, this is a great choice.

CColette020The Dom Hotel is exceptional, everything we could have hoped for. Just two minutes from the Cathedral and on the site of what was the Propstei, where Emperor Maximilian stayed when here on imperial business. Archaeological treasures are displayed in the tranquil sitting area, where a generous bowl of fruit and nuts is offered for guests to help themselves. Our room was elegant, simply done, but all materials were of top quality - perfect. If you want utensils for the neat little kitchen-in-a-cupboard, you just have to ask. As the immediate - and very beautiful - buildings surrounding the Cathedral are administrative and away from the commercial centre, no one is there after office hours, and all is quiet in the evening. Five minutes' walking takes you into the city centre with all its historical interest, attractions and bright lights. The breakfast buffet could not be bettered: everything we could have wanted was beautifully presented, bowls and plates refilled in a trice as guests tucked in. A choice of LEAF TEA to put in a filter was the 'ne plus ultra' for us. The staff were discreet, unfailingly helpful and observant, the whole place is immaculately clean and well presented. A porter is on hand to help guests up- or downstairs with luggage if help is needed. This really is the best of Germany, and we shall be back.

Hotel located about 4km from Augsburg City centre. The hotel rent free bikes, which we made the most of during our stay, as there is a beautiful river and miles of forest covered park to cycle around. We also used the bikes to go to the city centre as the tram wasn't operating. Free ample parking. Fantastic breakfast. Free ice cream. Room was large and had a fridge and kettle. Slightly older decor, but nice bathroom. My only criticism is, there is a musty smell, but no idea where this is coming from as everywhere is spotlessly clean. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. And the restaurant staff were excellent too. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Would recommend.

You need a car to go to the city centre but the hotel had free parking space. Great quality price relation. In conclusion: very recommended.

777jeannec03The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the rooms are spacious with hidden ridges and a sympathetic decor. The bathroom was very disappointing with shower doors that do not close either in front or on the sides (as if the walls were not at the size of the shower), a completely enclosed robinet that propels water in all senses and a door The venue is very nice and the venue is very nice. The breakfast was not even at the height of a four-star omelet, very bad bread, fruit salads or cut-off fruits, which were dry and oxidized as if they were served for a long time. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Our room was just above the lighting indoor. It was not a concern thanks to the hidden ridges. However, it was impossible to air because the people who smoked down smoke us and above all were very noisy. Very disappointing

Great ! The hotel was close to the city tram , which you can ride for free. In fact , it's only about 50 meters - you can reach it in 1- 2 min depending on traffic. You can reach the downtown area by tram in about 10 - 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and quite good. Not as many choices as a large chain hotel but still good. Would definitely stay there again !

We can also recommend the hotel only on condition. The only advantage I see is the proximity to the tram and the fair. Then the negative comes. We had to change the first room because it smelled after cigarette smoke and the room was dust (I am house dust allergic). In the second room it smelled after cigarette smoke too. However, it was still ”supportable” so we kept the room. Breakfast we stopped because the rooms were too full and we had no room for breakfast every day. Breakfast was not really rich for the price. You couldn't really sleep in the rooms because the beds are really hard and you feel the vibrations of the tram rather strongly in the ground floor. Furthermore, we have been quite mad, Because you have seen a high dust layer on the tape edge. Yesterday the room was not made, which I also considered a proof of poverty. We had already left the room at 8:30, so it can't be at the time, that the room was made nowhere. All in all, the hotel leaves almost everything to wish from an hotel. However, the connection to the city and the fair area is quite good for (very) short trips.

TtripirisThis hotel is comfortable and relaxed from the usual (sometimes rather inpersonal and boring) 4-Sterne-Hotels. I was here at the beginning of September as a trainer and as a result, I was also firstly assessed from this point of view, so first in terms of the area of the event. From outside you can't see immediately what charming hotel it is here (I've been so...) When you enter, you will quickly know with which heart blood and creativity this hotel is designed and managed. The reception was very friendly. The many, different, well equipped meeting rooms cover the need for different rights, purposes and numbers. We were, for example, in the “atelier”, which is located inside a whole apartment including a private kitchen, gallery and a large balcony (not only in corona times!). A additional room was still in the apartment, which was genial for my purposes. Also the service during our event was super: friendly, attentive and flexible. The outdoor area offers a large, extensive beer garden with barbecue and possibility to cool. The surroundings of the hotel are not so attractive. But the design of the outer area has been so successful that you feel like being in another sphere once you enter the hotel area. Great! So for all who can also perform events in Corona times: -), is a very suitable hotel where the usual Corona rules can and will be well observed. I can't say anything about the price/performance ratio, since the customer was the “noble donor” of the stay.

Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbastanza assortita. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Alcuni dettagli di usura potrebbero essere sistemati semplicemente con una mano di vernice ma la pulizia è impeccabile. L'hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 parcheggi anche se nella via si trova eventualmente dove parcheggiare 'auto.
