This is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

Excellent hotel. It is near the paluatso park. Near shops. Good location. All inclusive is excellent in this hotel. Food is very tasty and there are many choices for vegetarians too. Drinks are good. Room is very clean and all hotel places are clean. Would love to come again

I wouldn't visit this hotel again Small pool. Not enough sun beds for guests. Not enough parking for guests. Bath towels are not changed daily. There were stains on our pillowcases. The two single beds were uneven (not the same high). So as a couple visiting the room, the beds weren't, convenient. The closets and the bedside tables don't have doors or drawers to close, so all your clothes etc are shown. Not even close to a 4 stars hotel. I don't recommend it. I wouldn't visit again.

Really liked the hotel! Rooms were comfortable and cosy, air conditioning was a god send, shower was great! Cleaners came every day and are friendly along with all the other staff! Pool is lovely and clean but can get busy and sometimes there wasn’t enough sunbeds. The pool bar offered lots of seating though! The hotel in general was so modern and stylish and brilliant location! Lost 1 star for the food, in my opinion it was cold and bland and chicken was slightly pink the night we ate there! But my Dad really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall would recommend but am happy we didn’t book all inclusive

Great hotel Thanks to everyone, especially the reception Mrs. Tatiana - Tanya, she helped us right away, and gave advice how to get to know the city, recommended beaches, local restaurants. Thank you so much for everything everyone. We will definitely go back there, this hotel is great for a family, I recommend it to everyone.

After having our rooms cancelled at Odessa Beach Protaras, this was a lovely find ,good location and a well kept hotel , and a special mention to geny on reception such professional and so helpful . Would definitely stay here again for Ayia napa

The only thing I would praise in this hotel is the food. The pillowcase was dirty, the towels were gray and stained. Although the towels are changed every day, they are not clean enough. Bed also was so uncomfortable. Aircondition was verry dirty and we got allergy. On the last night, we had a problem, because the couple next to us argued all night, played loud music, and got into a fight in the end. We heard screaming, crying and calling for a help. Police came a few hours later. We suffered too much stress, where until early morning hours no one responded, we didn't sleep whole night. We experienced a lifetime trauma where no one apologized to us from the people from the hotel.
