The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

The best part of the stay was the pool and the cats that live here Room and balcony was nice, mostly clean except floor was dirty The food needs improving as we struggled to find something to eat and went out for dinner every night as we weren’t able to eat anything. the alcohol is very cheap tasting and kind of burns All staff lovely Good for a cheap ish getaway

Reading some reviews we were a bit anxious about this hotel but we can honestly say we had the best stay ever. On the first night we had issues getting into our room the lovely security man Chris came & pointed out to us that even though the light was red if you tried the handle the door worked! He then helped us sort the air con & told us how to work the safe. Nothing was a problem to him. This set the tone we found all the staff very helpful & friendly. Special mention to bar manager Panagotis who we called Pano & Ali & Isa bar staff in the hotel reception area. The entertainment guy AJ was great too he works so hard trying to get guests to engage with him we especially loved the darts & the bingo every night! We had no issues with cleanliness in our room we had booked a garden room & requested first floor we got pool view block 14 which got the sun in the morning. Shower flooded first day but once reported maintenance man arrived in 10 minutes & it was sorted. Food in restaurant was very good loved the choice of salads at lunch & dinner. Fresh omlettes at breakfast were amazing. Only thing we missed were crackers & cheese & ice cream in the restaurant. Food in the A La Carte was superb cooked fresh to order enjoyed it. We loved the cats they were so friendly we would return.

When we booked this hotel in July the reviews were excellent. A few weeks before we were due to fly the reviews were really awful. We even requested to change hotels but were advised it was too late. However, we were so glad we didn't. Our experience was a positive one. From the moment we arrived we were met by a lovely receptionist. We booked a garden view but were very lucky to be given a beautiful sea view room which had sun all day. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room etc and we had no issues with cockroaches or Ants which was my main concern after reading previous reviews. Food was excellent. Drinks were great and staff friendly. Pool was cold but we expected that in October but didn't stop us. Lovely walk from the back of the hotel on the boardwalk which takes you to the harbour in less than 15mins. Queen Vic pub in Ayia Napa worth a visit with some excellent tribute acts. Only negative of the hotel is the MESS around the pool area and grass area at the back by the bar. Never saw either being cleaned and always piles of discarded towels on sunbeds at the end of the day and first thing in the morning!! Beds were left everywhere and not washed down and put in a neat order for the morning. Tables with sunbeds never cleaned. I had to do this myself every day as they were sticky from drink spillage etc. The staff at the outside bar would sit around on their phones when they could have been cleaning the tables and clearing empty cups etc from the day before. This is a major issue which could be rectified so easily by management and the review ratings would improve greatly as everyone we spoke to had the same views. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return if I read reviews that this issue has been resolved. Hotel is in a brilliant location. We were in room 4211 sea view. Gorgeous!!!
