Very nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff.

From check in to check out everything was perfect, Staff couldn’t off done anymore they where all very helpful & polite,This is the best hotel food we have ever had and we are seasoned travellers,rooms where cleaned everyday and where spotless, we will definitely recommend this hotel & will return.

Omg we stayed here for 2 weeks in the swim up room, room was fantastic, the pool was so private no rushing to get places by noisey pool, the food was fantastic not repetitive at all, it was clean, staff was wonderful, even resident cat was friendly, we had a fantastic time, would highly recommend, oh and we won 2 bottles of plonk at bingo, plenty of choice for cocktails, nightlife quiet, a few dancers and singers, ayia napa 10 min walk to bars shops etc, beach not far from hotel bit rocky so take surfers shoes x weather blue sky every day up to around early 30s, go you'll enjoy yourself x

Check in was really easy and quick. The reception lady was very informative. Showed us to the room where she left us at the door. I requested a room around the main pool and the room to be decorated to so I could propose to my partner which they did. It was decorated very nice. The room was spotless. I contacted the hotel before to see what baby equipment was available. I paid a small deposit for a baby bath and steriliser for the room which made it easier I was worried how I was going to keep my baby clean and his bottles clean. The cots provided are very clean and comfortable with a nice mattress. The only downside was because we was so close to the main pool the entertainment was very loud at night which wasn’t good with a 6 month old baby, I got in touch with reception and they quickly resolved this by moving us room. If I didn’t have a 6 month old baby that room would have been amazing. I read a lot of reviews saying there was no entertainment which is false there is entertainment. Yes the entertainment could have been better but the entertainer did a brilliant job. I do think they should employ someone else alongside him to help mix it up a bit. The food is brilliant for an all inclusive I’m a fussy eater and I always managed to get a plate full for each meal. I found lunch would change every day without fail so if you’re staying for more than a week you would never have the same lunch again. Massive shoutout to the pool people after each day they would rearrange all the sunbeds neatly which must be difficult due to some guests leaving them in awful state. The Main Street is around a 2 minute walk from the hotel there is a very safe well lit short cut advertised next to the shop. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk away on the costal path with bigger beaches 10 minutes away and Nissi beach 20 minutes away on the same path. I found all sunbeds at the beach are €2.50 each for the day and umbrella €2.50 as-well. The hotel grounds are well looked after and all the staff are very friendly I would deffo come back.

I booked family holidays with TUI to Cyprus Ayia Napa as a family break. available . Which was quite disappointing as previously I’ve had hot meals on the plane but with different holiday providers. 6 days before my departure I asked TUI representative to add cot to my booking as we’re travelling with 2 year old and she never slept in a big bed . We arrived at 2am to our room to find out that there wasn’t baby cot in our room provided and could we wait until the morning which we said absolutely not and then cot was provided 20minutes later. Hotel itself looks good but there’s only one toilet available to hold over so many guests at once which you have to head over downstairs and there’s no baby changing facilities available to change baby’s nappy. No play area with supervision for kids to use with anyone in to play . Empty room with nobody in to entertain kids . When I asked for iron I wasn’t allowed one to take one to my room as receptionist stated that there’s safety issue in place and can’t use one . Never had any issues with having to borrow iron previously in 4 star hotels . There’s one baby change and disabled toilet near the reception on your right that is kept by receptionist locked all the time and you can’t use that toilet as they keep that toilet nice and clean to themselves when I asked to change my baby’s nappy there she said I need to go downstairs near spa and when I said I need to change baby’s nappy she then let me used that toilet and used 1 euro coin to unlock the toilet and let me in once as soon as I left she locked the toilet again so it looks like the toilet is occupied all the time , which I thought is absolutely disgusting behaviour. 100 euro charge to keep room for extra day which I thought was way too much as I usually paid between 60-80 euro They said they will provide you with family room for 1 hr but when we asked for that room they stated it was fully booked and you have to prebooked before which they never said that Shower room with inadequate facilities Only one shower room , no baby changing stations I would say this is more of 3 star service than 4 star they don’t clean tables near sunbeds and a lot of plastic cups left over from previous guests Not enough bins provided near sunbeds you have to walk long way for the nearest bin that shouldn’t be an issue as glasses and cups should be collected by staff Snack bar last wasn’t happy that you wanted extra food to be made ans she wasn’t very happy when making that food , you felt like you shouldn’t ask for any food at that snack bar Young lads behind bar not happy to serve you , wish they weren’t there some of them are grumpy There’s no changing rooms available at all in this hotel . Personally I would not recommend this hotel and would not back there I’ve been to a lot of lovely places and I’m quite understanding and don’t complain but this hotel wouldn’t be my choice .

Absolutely amazing hotel. It’s in the perfect location, with shops, bars, clubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. From the moment my sister and I arrived we were greeted warmly and checked in very quickly. We were upgraded to a swim up room which was a great surprise. Nothing was too much for the staff. From the restaurant staff and bar staff, receptionists, maintenance workers and cleaners, all did a superb job smiling and greeting us. Food was delicious. So much choice and variety that you’ll never go hungry. Both my sister and I had the most wonderful time. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard in giving this hotel a 5* service! Well done 👏👏 You make the hotel what it is. Excellent 👌
