The gym of the hotel is too small, and the fitness equipment is old, Which doesn’t match the star rating of the hotel .

Good service

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

This stay was a terrible experience. The advertised five-star hotel didn't even meet the three-star standard, completely inconsistent with the actual promotion. 1. The location was terrible, too crowded and inconvenient. 2. Check-in was extremely slow, and check-out was completely lacking in courtesy. 3. The facilities were outdated, the quilt was damp, and the hardware was rusty. It was worse than the 200-room Vienna Hotel in China. 3. I booked online for 451 RMB, but was later charged 550,000 RMB for an extra bed = 151 RMB + a 200,000 RMB deposit = 55 RMB. The actual bill was 657 RMB. It felt unworthy and I won't stay here again. It wasn't as good as advertised. I don't recommend staying here. The price doesn't match the quality. I expected a good stay, but it didn't meet my expectations.
