Adelaide Hotels with Balcony

I think this is quite an old hotel located at the central of adelaide. I love the location because it is just right beside the tram station. Behind this hotel has a lot of shops and restaurants. For halal option you can find some arabic restaurant or indian vegetarian cuisine along the road behind this hotel. The room that I booked included breakfast for 2. The breakfast is just simple but i am impressed because this is the first hotel that provide takeaway for those traveller that need on-the-go meal. Staff was really helpful and friendly. I noticed many elderly stayed at this hotel during our stay. It is really relaxing ambiance i already fall in love with Adelaide and this hotel. However please be reminded it is an old hotel ao some of the ammenities might not functioning well. My aircond was not so cold so they provided us with standing fan. And the shower door was broken but the fixed it immediately. Other than that everything was good. Definitely will stay again. P/s : Hotels in Adelaide are more expensive that Melbourne hehe.

I had an splendid stay at hotel indigo at Adelaide market. The room was comfortable. In a good size and central location. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very convenient. I would visit again when I come back to Adelaide.

My room have problem with toilet issues, when i turn on shower and use toilet got bad smell , i was arrived late and tired after long fly . So i did not have chance to ask for change different room . No free bottle of water for customers like normal hotel always give customers. I was surprised and disgusting about that when i paid expensive for Room . I traveled alot and stayed alot hotel with no star and 5 star. I never have that situation. Only the old man door can have my 5star with his service. He was so nice and friendly. And i got surcharge after i left Adelaide. When i did checkout , the staff checked and didn’t tell me about surcharge. When i fly to another city i got notification about surcharged. Im still waiting for response from Hotel .

Great location in modern and clean apartments. Very efficient check in and check out process. Will definitely stay again next time.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Playford. The room was spacious and shower had a very good water pressure. Easy and secure parking across the road. Location was excellent. We could easily walk to Rundle mall or Adelaide central market. Alternatively the free CBD tram stop was just across the road. The only negative thing was the bed was too soft for my liking.

Pretty satisfied in all areas considering it was the first time staying here apart from the service received at reception with checking in, enquires, information, checking out. A few miserable workers who don’t provide a warm welcoming at all and didn’t explain how to access services within the building clearly. It was really dreadful and disappointing having to ask for help from people like this. We didn’t bother asking to extend our stay another night, we booked elsewhere instead and would rather look to book at other hotels over Avani in future

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the Central Market and Chinatown. The rooms are large, and the kitchen facilities and washing machines and dryers are complete. There are also facilities such as swimming pools and hot spring pools. It is cost-effective and worth visiting again.

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

Typical motel, good value for money, free breakfast, we forgot to use it because it was a bit early and we missed it. The room was very hot when the weather was hot, the conditions were indeed a bit worse, but the price was cheap and it was clean

Although it is just a business trip, the comfort experience when staying in the hotel room is very high! It is very suitable for business trips! The location of the hotel is very convenient! There are many very delicious steakhouses around! The lighting in the restaurant is dark! And the hotel housekeeping staff are very friendly It meets all my needs, great!
