Adelaide Hotels with Balcony

As mentioned before, the location really depends on where you primarily plan to go. If you're mainly exploring the city center, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're driving and primarily visiting the Market area, I think it's quite good. The kitchen facilities are excellent, with a large oven and a dishwasher. The electric stovetop has plenty of power.

Really welcoming and friendly staff who were eager to help wherever they could. We arrived here at the end of our trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, so the comfort was very much appreciated after spending nights sleeping and living in a campervan. The hostel itself is very clean and maintained. There are multiple TV rooms, a massive chill-out area, and bathrooms that feel more like a hotel than a hostel. We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The room was a good size, with a balcony, a desk, and 2 large, comfortable double bed. It was also air-conditioned. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with multiple fridges and stovetops, as well as a microwave, cleaning products, and recycling facilities. The only downside is that some guests could be tidier and put their things away after washing up / cooking. The location is excellent — right in the centre of the city. You can walk everywhere: the bus station, supermarkets, China/Asian town, restaurants, and Adelaide Central Market are all just minutes away. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

The hotel is located near the waterfront, offering beautiful sunrise and sunset views. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby, as well as bars and supermarkets, making it an excellent holiday destination.

The room is exactly as pictured, with a stove available for self-catering. Housekeeping empties the trash daily and changes bedding upon request. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around. The central market is just a 3-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of food and essentials. The front desk isn't 24/7, but you can contact them by phone if you have any questions.

It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

The room has central air conditioning, but at this time of year, it's not turned on, so the room felt a bit stuffy. The noise from the fan outside the window was very loud, making it too noisy to open the window for ventilation. Breakfast was very mediocre; don't waste $18 on it. You'd be better off walking about 200m to the right of Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide by Accor to a beef noodle shop. The shower facilities were pretty good, with strong water pressure and easy temperature adjustment. The laundry room at Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide by Accor is practically non-existent, with old coin-operated washing machines.

Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.

Got very harshly send away when i wanted more than two tiny servings of dinner. Also on site it is claimed the dinner and breakfast are not included, they are voluntary treat from the hostel. One of the bathrooms was never restocked with toiletpaper, one had no lights. Kitchen plastered with warnings of fines.

at the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.
