Genhe, the coldest place in China, is truly freezing, with temperatures only a few degrees even in June. The hotel facilities are complete, the hygiene standards are good, and the environment is nice. The service is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. There are no strange smells in the hotel rooms, and the restaurant offers a rich variety of food.

The layout of the good room is particularly comfortable, the twin bed is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and tidy, and it is very stable to sleep. The sofa tables and chairs in the living room are complete, and it is especially relaxing to sit and rest. The separate bathroom is dry and wet partitions. The toiletries and shower equipment are complete, and the hygiene is in place. The overall decoration is simple and refreshing, the lighting and ventilation are good, the facilities are brand new and complete, the living experience is full, the price is super high, and I will come to this next time.

The room was very clean. It's the largest hotel in town and looks very grand. The room wasn't huge, but everything was very clean. There seemed to be a time limit for laundry. I arrived late and was told the staff had gone off duty. Also, breakfast was a fixed amount, not a buffet, which felt a bit out of place for such a prestigious hotel. Everything else was good.

An immersive and wonderfully healing experience of Evenki culture! Choosing to stay at the Cuoluozi Camp during my Hulunbuir trip was a truly special and unforgettable experience. The unique forest Cuoluozi architecture, the authentic folk atmosphere, coupled with convenient facilities and adorable reindeer, made my entire stay absolutely perfect. Nestled between forests and grasslands, the traditional Cuoluozi dwellings are scattered throughout, boasting distinct ethnic characteristics. Away from the hustle and bustle, the air is filled with the fresh scent of grass, trees, and pine needles. Walking through the camp felt like stepping into a pristine mountain secret. The room interiors were simple yet cozy, maintaining a folk style while ensuring comfort. The bedding was clean and dry, and all essential facilities were available. The nights were quiet and serene; falling asleep to the sound of the wind in the trees was a fantastic experience. The camp's steam room was a major highlight. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. The steam area was clean and tidy, with a comfortable temperature. Sitting there for a while, all fatigue melted away. After a light sweat, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated, easing the weariness of travel. Whether you spend your day exploring the grasslands or hiking, an evening steam makes for an exceptionally relaxing and pleasant experience. The camp is conveniently located right next to the Reindeer Park. A short walk in the morning or afternoon will take you to the park, where you can get up close with gentle and lovely reindeer. You can feed them and take photos, watching them gracefully wander around. They are so lively and well-behaved; both adults and children absolutely adore them. Experiencing the unique culture of the Reindeer Tribe up close, and an immersive encounter with local folk customs, offered a joy that regular hotels simply cannot provide. The camp staff were warm, friendly, and provided thoughtful and attentive service, always ready to help with any issues. The dining primarily featured local mountain and wild flavors, with fresh and authentic ingredients. Overall, this is more than just accommodation; it's a wonderful place to experience Evenki folk culture. The unique Cuoluozi lodging, the restorative steam room, and the nearby Reindeer Park all left a deep impression. If you're looking for a special guesthouse experience in Hulunbuir, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This place is too late for summer, cool, breathing is the taste of nature. In the morning, I opened the window and saw the green eyes. The original ecological travel must live! The reservation includes scenic spots tickets, very close to Genheyuan. The wooden house is cleaned and the log living experience is unique. The restaurant's wild vegetables are fresh and delicious. The surrounding hiking, reindeer feeding, kayaking projects are complete, the staff is warm and caring, and the immersive feeling of Da Hinggan Mountain is highly recommended.

The moment I opened the door of the wooden house, I was gently wrapped in the fragrance of pine wood. The house with all solid wood structure will breathe, the bedding is very clean and tidy, the living is very comfortable and satisfactory, and the price is very high. This season, I went to Genhe, which is the most suitable and very cool. The restaurant has a large variety of breakfasts, and the big leba is matched with a blueberry.

The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly, making for a super comfortable experience overall. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were meticulously clean. The guest room was spotless upon arrival, the bedding was fresh and odor-free, and the bathroom was dry and tidy. Even the public areas were impeccably cleaned. The most pleasant surprise was the complimentary deer park on-site! We got to see gentle reindeer up close without any extra cost, which created amazing photo opportunities. This saved us the hassle of traveling to another attraction and buying separate tickets, making it perfect for family trips or a relaxing vacation. The location is quiet, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Genhe!
