Even my picky children are reluctant to get up.   The homestay is at the entrance of the ancient city of Kashgar. The location is quiet. Because it is a newly renovated B&B, many of the equipment inside are new and very clean. 2.Service The boss is a very enthusiastic brother. It’s easy to talk to him about many things. For example, I took the train at 9:30 in the evening. Strictly speaking, I should check out at 1 o’clock, but before I was ready to leave at 6 o’clock in the afternoon, he He let me take a hot bath comfortably here, and boarded the return train cleanly. He also planned to take me to the train station, but because I was shy, I declined his enthusiasm. I'm sorry. , actually I don’t want to cause any trouble to you, you’ve already taken care of me enough. In addition, the beautiful waiters here are very enthusiastic, and they are also very beautiful among Uighur girls. 3.Transportation This B&B is about 1.5 kilometers away from the ancient city of Kashgar, far away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient city. If you ride a small electric donkey from the ancient city, you can get there in about 5 minutes. If you want to live in the ancient city, you may be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ancient city when you go out, but it is too noisy. This place is not far from the ancient city. It is definitely a place to quietly reflect on the exciting journey throughout the day and then sleep comfortably. 4. Surroundings In fact, I want to focus on this. If you want to buy travel souvenirs, especially food, it is absolutely right to stay here, because there are many wholesale markets around here, which sell many of the same products. They are cheaper than the so-called cheapest places in the ancient city. It is also 40% cheaper. For example, I saw cut cakes (about one kilogram) in a dried fruit shop near Caibele. No matter how cheap they are, they are basically not less than 35 yuan a piece, but the exact same product is sold in At the wholesale market here, it’s 20 yuan. For example, Jiashi melons in the ancient city can be sold for 12 yuan per kilogram. Even if you bargain, the price is only 10 yuan per kilogram, and there are pitfalls everywhere. But not far from the B&B, there is a bus stop called the ”Fruit Market” where Jiashi melon can be bought for 6 yuan per kilogram (Oh, oh, also, there are many barbecue restaurants around the fruit market, which are very cost-effective. I prefer a restaurant that serves hand-made rice. I forgot the specific name, but there is a poster of braised beef on their door. , the braised beef there is delicious and very affordable) Having said that, those who like to smoke should bring their own cigarettes. It is inconvenient to buy cigarettes here (there are really very few cigarettes in Kashgar) Anyway, that’s all. The hotel is in a great location. When you go out to the left, you will see the bar street of the ancient city. You can overlook the Gaotai residential buildings. Turn right and you will reach the East Gate of the ancient city. Because there is no car in the ancient city, it is more convenient to travel near the gate. There is an opening ceremony at the East Gate. Living close to it can also occupy a favorable terrain. Across the road from the East Gate are the Gaotai residential buildings. The location is super good. The room has a huge bathtub, which is about 1.2 meters long. My three-year-old son can stretch his legs and swim there. It is too luxurious for a homestay deep in the ancient city, and it also allows me to relax. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. You can take photos just by sitting at the window door of the room. Haha. We booked two nights. The breakfast was very rich. We were so busy eating that we forgot to take pictures. There were eggs, local desserts, milk, fruits, tea, etc. If you stayed longer, you would also get afternoon tea, which included dried fruits, tea, fruits, and popcorn. The homestay also has a rooftop where you can see the Kunlun Tower. The owner of the B&B is very nice. He has a luggage cart to help transport luggage and handle all questions in the ancient city.

I like the hotel very much, connected with the local houses, quiet in the ancient city, unique decoration style, very comfortable, it should be the best hotel in the ancient city of Kashgar.

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.
