"The room was a bit small, but we chose this place primarily for the interaction with the red pandas, so we didn't expect much from the hardware facilities. Both in the afternoon and the next morning, the red pandas came into our room, which was an amazing experience! The only downside was that we couldn't find the ring-tailed lemurs or the bear cubs either time. The staff throughout the zoo were very friendly and proactive in asking about our needs. There's also a free shuttle service between the hotels, though it doesn't go to specific attractions. The food at the Tribe Restaurant was pretty mediocre, but the breakfast buffet the next day was decent with a good variety. For the self-driving safari area, I'd recommend renting a car from the park. If you have young children, choose one with curtains for better protection. If you drive your own car, some animals like horses and sheep can stick their heads through the car windows, which felt a bit unhygienic."

"Mercure near Gongnong street exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and many attractions nearby (mall Incity in front). The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city or working. It’s perfect for business trips. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, my experience at Mercure was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying stay in the center of modern Nantong, near CBD, Harmony mall a few steps walking, super good location!"

The decor style is really unique, with red walls and a cozy cabin feel. I chose a lake-view room, and the view was fantastic. For us, who regularly come to Chongming for some fresh air, this was perfect. The butler was also very attentive and the service was excellent. They enthusiastically helped us with our luggage whenever we came and went. In the evening, they even brought us tremella soup. Since it was the weekend, we unexpectedly got to see a bonfire and fireworks, which really brought a festive, Chinese New Year atmosphere up close. The whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

Guest UserFacilities: Clean and hygienic. Shuttle service: Free shuttle to and from the high-speed rail station. They also offer free packed breakfast, and with its location right by the high-speed rail, it's incredibly convenient for changing tickets. It offers great value for money, and I always choose this hotel when I come back to my hometown for business. I booked two rooms this time.

Zi Hui.LMy go to hotel whenever I’m in Rudong for business. The room is clean and cosy. The environment is quiet and serene. The staffs are very friendly and always make sure that you have what you need. Breakfast has great variety.
Next to the hotel there is a Japanese restaurant which tastes good. There is also a newly open Chinese restaurant next to the hotel as well if you choose not to dine in the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is a row of shops which you can also find food.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Rudong town.

LinglingchenThis hotel is super close to Nantong Safari Park, about a 10-minute drive. We arrived quite late, and the front desk was thoughtful enough to call us and let us know the west gate was closed, arranging for security to open the main gate for us once we arrived. The room facilities are great and very new. We booked a family room, which was really spacious, and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds – they were super comfortable. The hotel also has a huge indoor slide in the common area that's free to use, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained. The only downside is that the road for roadside parking isn't very wide, making it a bit inconvenient, and we were worried about our car getting scratched.

Guest UserFacilities: The hotel features a chess and card room, golf course, billiards, a gym, a movie theater, a wine shop, a cigar bar, a tea bar, a laundry room, a fishing platform, and a karaoke bar.
Cleanliness: Very clean, even barefoot doesn't get dirty.
Environment: Across from the hotel is a golf course and a hot spring water park, perfect for both adults and children. There's a hot spring on the first floor and a sauna on the second floor, as well as a children's water park and a children's playground.
Services: Free access to the hot spring park across from the hotel with the hotel package. I'd love to visit again someday, but one downside is that it's not suitable for those without a car. There are no dedicated tourist routes to other attractions outside the hotel, so taxis are required.

The noise is quite loud. The music from the Dream Island next door is loud all day long.
After checking in, the door battery was dead, and the card could not be opened. The phone was busy. I finally got through but the call was not immediate. I had to call to urge! I feel that these details should be prevented in advance, instead of letting the guests wait there. The experience is very bad. The garbage by the pool and the disposable slippers and other garbage of the previous guest. There are no disposable toothbrushes and combs, and I am too lazy to call for them. The standardization is not done well. Most of the windows cannot be opened. It feels like it has been in disrepair for a long time. The room facilities feel like they need to be renovated. After all, you can live in a five-star hotel in Nantong for 550 yuan.
The rainbow slide is too expensive at 40 yuan per time. The other amusement facilities are generally more than twice as expensive as those in the city. A green mood also costs 5 yuan. There is a bonfire party in the evening, which is ok. The barbecue outside is still good.
The music from Dream Island all day is a headache.

Interacting with friendly black bears who say hello for food, enthusiastic zebras, and deer.
Breakfast allows for interaction with animals, and the mermaid show is just as good as what you'd see at Haichang (which often has long queues and raises expectations too high). The circus performance was spectacular, making the visit instantly worth the price.
Staying at the hotel grants free access to all the ice and snow activities, which are also very close to the hotel. The setup is perfect for lazy people like me traveling with kids.
The hotel facilities are quite good. My only suggestion would be for slightly larger tables on the balconies. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering great advice and recommendations. They're all very nice.
