Comarca de Palma Hotels with Balcony

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. We hopped in a taxi from the airport instead of waiting for the coach transfer, It was a 10 min drive and 18 euro. Check in was very quick and efficient, we were offered a glass of fizz and a cold towel to freshen up. We booked a terrace pool view room and we were very pleased with its location, the terrace rooms also had a whirlpool for the rooms on the terrace level to use. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard everyday, the only negative is the rooms are very much on the small side so storage and room for toiletries was very limited, we were only there for 5 days so we managed. The food was fine, plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal, The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly. We used the hotel bar most evenings for a couple of drinks, again the staff were great, especially Johan who was so nice to deal with. The hotel is definitely located in the nicest part of the resort, in the more central area it was quite rowdy at night so we tended to use the bars and restaurants around the hotel of which there were plenty. The hotel as a whole was spotless and had a lovely pool area, and the roof top pool was amazing and had fantastic views. There are lots of really nice outdoor seating areas too. A real positive was there was no mad dash for sunbeds in the morning, you could go to the pool at pretty much any time of the day and get a bed. It is worth heading into Palma for the day, the bus stop was only a couple of mins from the hotel and was 2 euros each way. We travelled as 3 couples and the hotel took note of our request to have the rooms together which was much appreciated. We have all said that if we wanted a relaxing short break this will be the hotel we return to.

Very comfortable hotel with all the amenities you need for a city break in the sun! Breakfast was fantastic offering an egg cooking station chef to make fresh omelettes, scrambled, fried eggs etc, all the continental breakfast items. Pool bar food was great and generous portions. 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to bars restaurants. 10 minute walk to supermarket up some steps if you turn right out of the hotel left up the first set of steps you hit and then left pass a park cross over the roads to your right and you’ll see it. Hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport and cost us 22 euros each way. There was lots of roadworks outside the hotel but these seem to be nearly finished and did impact on our stay. Pool terrace has great views and comfortable sunbeds. Super friendly staff and clean rooms.

Was a good hotel came in and the room had hair in it and the sheets were unclean requested for a cleaner or a new room and had to wait the night and then was expecting to have a cleaner come in while I was out and still wasn’t cleaned and went down to reception 3 times just to get the room clean. Other than that nice place and good location

The hotel staff were so kind, and it was especially nice to be able to rent a bicycle at a low price. The pool and facilities were good for the price. In the reviews, there were people who said the room was a bit small, but I had a single double, so it was okay~! Overall, it's close to the airport, and the breakfast quality is so good that I think I'll visit again!

We had wonderful stay at hotel Negresco. The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, the location is the best is it in front of the sea , the hotel have two pools one is on the rooftop and one down, And most important hygiene is on high level, the rooms are shining all the time. I would highly recommend hotel Negresco !

I stayed in the hotel for one night because it was very cheap at 51 euros for bed and breakfast. The location in the second row was ok, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The double room I used in the main building was very small, I wouldn't spend a longer stay here. The rooms on level 0 (one floor above reception at pool level) are very noisy: I was woken up at 7am by loud music as there is a bar on the same level. The breakfast was below average for a 4 star hotel. There was no raw cum or chocolate cream. There are only four German channels on television (RTL, Vox, RTL2, SuperRTL). Overall, the hotel is okay for the price, but there are better hotels on the playa.

На Майорке была впервые. Отель забронировала по акции, 6 ночей за 605 евро с завтраком. Одноместный номер небольшой, но есть всё необходимое. Белоснежное качественное постельное белье, удобный матрас, просторный балкон с сушилкой и креслами со столиком. Номер достаточно тихий, хорошо высыпалась. Уборка номера ежедневно, дважды меняли постельное белье и полотенца. Отель очень чистый. Персонал - доброжелательный. Ресторан большой, несколько кофемашин с прекрасным кофе. Завтраки и ужины - стандартные, но еда свежая и качественная. Расположение отеля также хорошее, близко к пляжу, остановкам общественного транспорта и месту остановки экскурсионных автобусов. По вечерам у бассейна проводятся развлекательные шоу. Контингент в отеле, в основном, спокойный, семейные пары. Рядом парк, красивая набережная. Из недостатков - шумно работающий кондиционер, слабо охлаждающий холодильник, слабая звукоизоляция( слышно как хлопают двери поздно ночью приходящих соседей) и мусорные баки под балконом убрать бы в другое место. В ванной комнате есть гель для душа и шампунь, хотелось бы ещё мыло для рук. Но мне это не особо мешало, в отеле только спала, просыпалась под пение птиц:) И хотелось бы приветственную бутылку воды при заезде, особенно когда приезжаешь поздно, после долгого перелёта. В целом, отель рекомендую, маленькие каникулы прошли великолепно, путешествовала по острову, Майорка - прекрасна! Очень хочется вернуться:) и именно в этот отель. Спасибо отелю за сюрприз - бутылка шампанского в день рождения!

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport you have to take the public bus EMT number A2 ”Aeropuerto-S'Arenal”. Take exit 4 from the airport, go along the covered walkway and you will see the A1 and A2 bus stops. Get off at the stop by the Iberostar Hotel and it´s a five minute walk. We chose the half board option and were pleased with the selection at both breakfast and dinner. A chef is present morning and evening to prepare omelettes, meat and/or fish of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, a particular shout out to the gentleman at reception for suggesting I could borrow a crutch after I tripped and damaged my knee. The loan really helped me get around.

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x
