Прекрасные апартаменты: чисто, уютно, тихо, идеальное расположение в историческом центе. Очень любезные хозяева: мы приехали пораньше нам приготовили номер через 30 минут, рассказали где что расположено, дали карту. Завтрак был приготовлен из местных продуктов и все домашнего приготовления, что особенно ценно. В общем очень рекомендую это место и если буду в Лечче, обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз с удовольствием:)

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

An Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

We were welcomed and our room was spacious, very clean and well-air-conditioned, which was particularly pleasant in summer.
We also enjoyed the very exciting, varied and prepared breakfast on the ground.
We recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to advise a friend who wants to discover Lecce.

Excellent location
Self service self checking establishment.
There are no staff on duty except early morning.
Alessandra was a gem. Gave various suggestions on where to it , shop etc .
The room stayed in was the Olander 5
Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area
Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas.
It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .

It was a surprise to find out this superior suit for our family of three with our nine years old son. Everything was there, even a little screwdriver to fix a toy. Super close to the railway station and a pleasant walk to the old town. Friendly service and useful support for any information requested.

This B&B is a perfect place to stay for sightseeing in the beautiful city of Lecce, easy to get to from the station! This time, it was a B & B that touched the personality and kindness of the owner, Mr. Francesco, and made a conversation with a close couple who stayed in a separate room to make friends. At the last farewell, I swore that I would never forget the hugging with Mr. Francesco and the kindness of the city of Lecce 々. I recommend it because I had an experience that made me want to leave the city! !!

Guest UserWonderful weekend in a very beautiful city that I did not know. Hotel practically in the square in front of the station. Structure that has maintained the classic standards well cared for. Very spacious hall with various areas with lounges with classic furnishings. Spacious room with separate wardrobe area and large and renovated bathroom. Well-stocked continental breakfast. The choice was dictated by the proximity to the FS station but if I were to return to Lecce this is where I would return. Friendly, kind and professional staff. Value for money: excellent. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
