B&Bs (Bed and breakfast) in Lecce

Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Lovely historical space with all necessities in place. Owner also assisted with parking within the ZTL zone and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon.

Excellent stay in Lecce We were welcomed and our room was spacious, very clean and well-air-conditioned, which was particularly pleasant in summer. We also enjoyed the very exciting, varied and prepared breakfast on the ground. We recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to advise a friend who wants to discover Lecce.

It was a surprise to find out this superior suit for our family of three with our nine years old son. Everything was there, even a little screwdriver to fix a toy. Super close to the railway station and a pleasant walk to the old town. Friendly service and useful support for any information requested.

I stayed in Lecce from Japan. This B&B is a perfect place to stay for sightseeing in the beautiful city of Lecce, easy to get to from the station! This time, it was a B & B that touched the personality and kindness of the owner, Mr. Francesco, and made a conversation with a close couple who stayed in a separate room to make friends. At the last farewell, I swore that I would never forget the hugging with Mr. Francesco and the kindness of the city of Lecce 々. I recommend it because I had an experience that made me want to leave the city! !!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

Very happy with my stay in the balcony residence. The room is very large with a beautiful view of the streets of Lecce. It was very calm, and I've spent a pleasant evening I recommend

Cozy room with self check in, really easy, we communicated via WhatsApp and that’s how most of the local b&b do The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems  The bed is fine, pillows not so much  The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head  Overall a fine experience for me and cute view  The host is really nice in communication
