"They have airport pick up from SEATAC and it’s excellent, person in check in counter is also very helpful, they have breakfast too, we stay only one night prior to cruise but in the future will use this hotel again"

Great
GGuest UserNo doubt that this hotel will be a high demand in the future because of location, service especially Anne from front desk who’s very accommodating and helpful. My only concern and issues are the room that we have smells like an old house. I don’t know where the smell is coming from but the smell kills me. The bathroom is not safe because the water is the shower area goes out and suppose divider should prevent it. Towels smells weird. The shower spout is being installed very unprofessional. Also can you make the room noise proof because you can hear the conversation from the hallway and the noise from the above room. But the breakfast is awesome, good enough to fill up your tummy.
GGuest UserGot a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.
GGuest UserI recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out.
Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports.
The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac.
Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious.
Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.
Ppeter’s travelThe pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.
GGuest UserLocation location location. If you walk through the airport as if you’re going to the rail station, you’re almost at the Hilton. It’s especially handy if you’re flying Alaska Airlines. Super convenient, reasonably priced.

IIvancpLingThe hotel location is convenient, just a 3-5 minute drive from the food court and mall. There are many dining options nearby, offering a variety of choices to suit all budgets. While the hotel is a bit older, the interior is clean, and the bedding and towels are very tidy. The swimming pool was out of service, which was a bit disappointing. However, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
GGuest UserThe staff were all lovely and super helpful. Had a pleasant and quiet stay so it fit what I needed just fine. The only ssue were the somewhat sketchy people hanging about, but I guess this is what happens at budget hotels. Close enough to airport and was able to get Lyft to get around. Next time might stay somewhere a bit nicer to get rid of the sketch element and perhaps be walking distance to the airport. Had a nice stay though and can't stress enough that the staff were all really great.
GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
