"Maybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services "

Within two miles of downtown Kent and Kent Station, our hotel is located off State Road 167. The accesso ShoWare Center is five minutes away, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is within 15 minutes. Rest easy with complimentary WiFi, parking, and pet-friendly rooms.

"Service was good, however I think someone had been sleeping outside my window, walls were so thin I could hear the people next door arguing and getting it on about 4 times. The room was relatively clean but looked like it had been repaired multiple times. It sufficed for its intended purpose but I have not experienced a stay like that before."

Amazing
GGuest UserVery nice, spacious rooms with little touches like a small packet of q-tips in the bathroom. The location was perfect for popping into Snoqualmie for a taste of Twin Peaks or viewing Snoqualmie Falls. Our room had a gorgeous view of the misty mountains. My main issue was they allow smoking on the ****** floor which I personally found gross and difficult to be around. It affected my breathing and kept me mainly in my room. Even though the facilities appeared clean, the air was dirty af. As much as I liked it here, we won’t be returning.

JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

TtinaIt's a relatively new hotel. Everything is good but expensive. You have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. If you want a hotel, it costs 20 US dollars a set. Parking fee is 60 US dollars a day. Finally, you need to pay city fees and taxes. The room is very clean and the view is great. Well, we stayed in a sea view room. We could watch the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed, and we could reach many scenic spots on foot.

Ppeter’s travelThe pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

AAnonymous User• They also give you a welcome cookie. Chocolate cookie • The room is spacious and the sofa bed and two queen beds were both clean. • It is close to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport car shuttle facility, about 2.5 miles by car. • I was able to have a satisfactory experience with the friendly service of the front desk and housekeepers. • If you have a rental car, it is very convenient to park in the large parking lot. However, there is a parking fee. • If there is no traffic to downtown, you can go straight on I-5 and get off, so it is easy to find the way without much trouble. (About 20 minutes) • The downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak. • The downside is that there is a coffee machine, but no coffee pot.

XXiangshirenyuThe hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant is 100% ******! ! ! !
