Good view with hygienic environment. Minimal insects compared with other hotels or airbnb as it has good pests prevention regularly. It is definitely worth to spend money on the villa room with swimming pool inside. The road from room to space and restaurant quite steep and kinda far, luckily there is a shuttle bus service. But i think the staff of shuttle bus can offer the service actively rather than await customers to ask for the service.
About the the staff quality, the reception staff Desak Ari provides a bad service which is not capable of being in this five star/ high rank hotel. When we get back our stored luggage, she put our luggage (4 bags) on the floor while we are just in front of her. The attitude is so unpleasant that make us highly doubted is it a high rank hotel services. For the sake of customers’ experience, please educate staff with proper services and attitude, I do admire your hotel environment a lot.
