Friendly staff & fluent in English. Easy to communicate even before our arrival. We have contacted the hotel for boat transfer services. Thank to the staff to remind us on the last boat timing and help to cancel/reschedule for the room following the procedure from trip.com without additional charges. Done real quick within 15 minutes. Great transport and tour arranged by them, great drivers, fluent in English too. Witnessed the romantic dinner arranged for other guest for birthday occasion, so warmth and beautiful Not buffet breakfast, but many different options to choose from American breakfast, local Indonesian, Indian cuisine, Healthy meal with fruits and salads options, to Vegan options. Love the juices and there are beers and cocktails promo that worth for the try too! Basically you could just chill at the resort for full day Spa, massage, scrub, facial, manicure all the services are available and you could already feel the calmness with their essential oil at the reception One downside, the shower water pressure too low and higher temperature making slowing output. But the bathtub water was filling up fast and hot enough, basin tap water was also strong too, just the shower not sure why. Buggy service is slow due to only one way of road along the resort and is up/down hill, but the staff are very helpful in checking up. Overall is great, would definitely go back again.

I really loved this hotel. The rooms are stylish and the service is premium quality. The ocean view is stunning and you can even see volcanoes. The pool is also great. The hotel restaurant was just okay, not amazing; a couple of times they served food that wasn't fresh. But overall, the hotel is gorgeous and cozy, with beautiful photo ops everywhere you look! 😍

The hotel was just so nice in everything. They cater to us and made & delivered our breakfast early morning to my room before our early morning g snorkeling tour with them. Staffs & customer service was above and beyond. Food was also very good. I’ll recommend this place  & their travel tours to others .

Nice environment and good service

This was an incredible hotel! I got Bali belly when I arrived but everyone made sure to check in and went above and beyond! Perfect location and incredible views!

Hotel is amazing and very modern, staff are friendly and restaurant has a nice vibe with a fantastic view. However there are a lot of numbers of scams in nusa penida where taxi drivers over charge. You meet some honest people there who will tell you the correct prices so from the port to the hotel I’m supposed to believe it is 150K IDR. One of their driver was very rude and insisted on 250K IDR and said that is the price what was told by the hotel however when I called the hotel they went back to the normal price. For excursions I recommend looking at get your guide private car hire they offer the same prices as these drivers who will start super high and drop down to get your guide price making you believe they give massive discount. Hotel is perfect but I would be wary of the scams in that area.

Good view with hygienic environment. Minimal insects compared with other hotels or airbnb as it has good pests prevention regularly. It is definitely worth to spend money on the villa room with swimming pool inside. The road from room to space and restaurant quite steep and kinda far, luckily there is a shuttle bus service. But i think the staff of shuttle bus can offer the service actively rather than await customers to ask for the service. About the the staff quality, the reception staff Desak Ari provides a bad service which is not capable of being in this five star/ high rank hotel. When we get back our stored luggage, she put our luggage (4 bags) on the floor while we are just in front of her. The attitude is so unpleasant that make us highly doubted is it a high rank hotel services. For the sake of customers’ experience, please educate staff with proper services and attitude, I do admire your hotel environment a lot.

The room was quite nice. The environment was also nice. However, taxis were really expensive. The taxis called by the hotel cost twice as much as those called outside.

The villa with its private pool and sunset view is exceptional. However, there was a lack of cleanliness, particularly of the pool loungers, and a plate was left outside our villa for two days. The hotel restaurant lacked variety, and the breakfast was very average. There was also a lack of flexibility in breakfast choices, with guests being required to select an entire menu. Finally, the hotel is completely isolated, requiring a taxi to get around.

When we went to dinner on the evening of the 16th, the waiter didn't seem happy. At 7:00 AM on the 17th, it was very noisy, seemingly during a flag-raising ceremony, which greatly bothered us.
