This is an amazing place! The service is excellent! The view, stunning!! The view is exactly like in the picture. I don’t even spend the time in the room because we just chill in the hot spring and enjoy the vibe. About the flies, I don’t even care when it’s come to the view. They are not that much and not gonna bother you. Would like to recommend to everybody, come and enjoy!!

We had a short stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the help from Putu at reception. He was friendly, professional, and very flexible with our early check-out request, which made everything much easier.
The hotel is a bit tricky to access, with a narrow road leading in. That said, once you arrive, the view is beautiful and the surrounding area is peaceful.
Three downside are the number of flies in the area, which made it a little uncomfortable at times, the room condition is not quite well, and breakfast is just so so. But the hot spring is nice to try!
Overall, we’re especially thankful to Putu for his kind support throughout.

At night was cooling even without AC or Fan.
👎In the day, there’s a lot of houseflies.
Rooms are not soundproof, can hear neighbours talking

Had a lovey stay here, the hot spring pool was amazing and very warm, amazing views from the pool area.
The area it’s self is cooler through the day around 26 degrees and around 17-18 on the evening, so it was a nice break from the heat, no AC needed in the rooms.
Only negative is the flys, they’re a pain when eating etc… but that is just the area, not the hotels fault.
