The room layout is OK, but the toilet smells and some corners are a little dirty. The hotel has a beautiful exterior environment, a swimming pool, and a cute little 🐈, which is still very good

First of all, the room I stayed in was not the room I booked! It's not even the same hotel! Because it was already late when I checked in, the staff said that this hotel was fully booked, so they took us to another hotel late at night and told us that it was owned by the same owner. The room was of a decent size, but very basic, and the bed was not very clean. However, the staff was quite welcoming, so we managed to sleep for a night, and left immediately after chasing dolphins the next day.

To understand the rating, you need to know why you are going to Lavina.
If you are considering it as a beach holiday, then this is not the place, the beach is dirty and not cleaned, there is a lot of dirt near the shore, also this place is usually filled with boats, there are no sun loungers, and the civilization around is only cafes. If you look and swim with dolphins, then for one (two) nights it is normal, this place for a longer period is only suitable for diving, as an overnight stay between dives.
About the hotel.
This is not 3 *, some aggregators have an error, it is 2 *.
There are insects in the rooms, but this is not the hotel's problem, all Lavina hotels are like this.
Cons:
The rooms are dirty, they clean only for show, if you run your hand over the bedside table, dirt remains on your hand, even after cleaning.
Old plumbing, but working.
Old bed linen, there are holes, but clean.
Pros:
