Another fantastic stay at our home away from home in Bali. A big shout out to Bagus, Dian, Agus and all of the staff for making our month stay truly memorable and enjoyable again. The effort that the staff put in was incredible. The location is fantastic, with access to both Legian Rd and Benasari Lane from the hotel. Can't wait to get back.

We lived in the same hotel in two rooms, first a suite, then just before departure in a simple room. What we didn’t like was that it took a very long time to check in, we arrived at the front desk at 12.00, we were told that we would be checked in at 14.00, when we returned at 14.00 they checked us in for about 1 hour, 5 different people came up and constantly apologized and promised to check us in in 5 minutes - all this lasted 1 hour, we checked into a room that was literally cleaned in front of us. What's second - an ordinary standard room: the room is old and tired, in some places the plaster is swollen from moisture, the balcony overlooking the wall is literally one step away from the balcony railing. It'll do for one night. They couldn’t ask for towels at the pool, you had to insist and ask several times

Such a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, there was plenty of water available at all times. The pools are beautiful and we made the most of the gym and the buffet breakfast too. We loved the location, we were able to do a lovely long walk into Kuta, Legian Beach and to Seminyak. It was close enough to the beach to walk but far enough to feel a touch quieter. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable! Thank you 😊

The rooms were very clean and beautiful! The entire hotel was so calm and serene! Even the hotel staff are so accommodating and kind especially Ms. Anggita and the front desk! The hotel breakfast was also magnificent and yummy. Definitely try out the omelette and pancake station. The location is very accessible to town as it in literally the heart of town!

Every member of her staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team, exhibited unparalleled dedication and attention to detail. Their courteous demeanor and eagerness to assist truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and comfort of my accommodations. It is evident that her team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and it did not go unnoticed. I had initially booked for 7 night but extended another 8 nights as I loved the place. In the busiest area of Bali I found my little Paradise. Additionally, I must commend the culinary team for the exquisite dining experience provided at the restaurant. The quality of the cuisine surpassed my expectations, and each meal was a delight to savor. Overall, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I am truly grateful for the effort and care invested by Unii and her team in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. Rest assured, I will enthusiastically recommend your establishment to friends, family, and colleagues seeking a memorable stay in Legian. Once again, thank you for a truly remarkable experience. A very comfortable place to stay. Easy access anywhere. Very comfortable and humble for staff and service, delicious food. The facilities are complete at an affordable price. I will stay here again if I go to Bali. And will recommend to my friend and family if want to stay in Bali

First time staying at this hotel...with friends with a comfortable atmosphere and easy access for traveling. and was welcomed by Sis Anggita who was very friendly. and all the employees here are friendly. That's why it was also delicious and the room we stayed in was quite spacious and very good for a hotel choice around Kuta, Bali

I’m Bali frequent visitors. I have stayed in the hotel many years and many time before. Most old Balinese authentic style hotels and resorts are outdated and fail miserably in cleanliness. But Fourteen Roses Boutique Hotel has kept up to upgrade its hotel conditions and facilities to stay clean, fresh and contemporary with the decor and furnitures. Two pools and beautiful matured Balinese garden make it cosy to comfort. Food was good. Rates are reasonable. Location is very strategic and where you want to be in Legian! All the staff was excellent in customer service namely Anggi (the Hotel Ambassador). They were very helpful and listen to your needs and requests. We’ll be back in July with my families. Booked 4 rooms there. Highly recommended!

The first time we arrived we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable, the food was also delicious, the service was very good, especially Mba Anggita, Bu Agung and all the staff. If I go to Bali, I will definitely come back to stay here.

The stay was very nice! Everything is near by 🙂 and you have bars, restaurants and massage places everywhere. The staff are really friendly and understanding. Thank you so much, we will come back again before the end of our trip.

My reviews are 100% genuine, by the RULES & REGULATIONS of ISO First of all the GOOD: Few employees are NICE: AGUS from Restaurant. YUNI from Reception. EKA & WIDYA from Restaurant. Place is central. Now the BAD: 1) There was NO ELECTRICITY few times. One time I was in the shower, soap all over my body and suddenly...NO ELECTRICITY..I did not know what to do...was helpless, had to wait in the dark for MORE than 30 minutes to finish my shower. 2) Wifi - Internet is VERY BAD, goes ON and OFF few times daily. 3) TV is NOT CLEAR...like in 1980's. 4) SECURITY man does NOTHING. 5) BAD SEWER SMELL from SHOWER DRAIN. 6) BREAKFAST is Indonesian ONLY 7) I stayed in the HOTEL for 14 DAYS...asked for an UPGRADE, was DECLINED !!! to my SHOCK, 2 couples TOLD ME THEY GOT a FREE UPGRADE !!! 8) Lots of NOISE day & night. Am SO DISAPPOINTED & UPSET. Last 2 days, I DID NOT STAY at the HOTEL.

We celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary at Fourteen Roses Hotel. People in Bali are so friendly and accommodating, likewise all the staffs in this hotel especially Dian accomodated us so well. From the start of my inquiry in their Facebook account till we arrive on our first day up to our check out, everything were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast also were sumptuous. To our surprise they could also offer and assist us to dress up a traditional balinese costume at no extra charge. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to comeback in the near future with our whole family. Thank You so much for our memorable 14th Wedding Anniversary❤️

Finally i found the real hotel i want, make me feel comfort and relax, cozy places. Very recommended hotel, very nice services, friendly, clean rooms and delicious breakfast Fourteen Roses Hotel is the best Hotel, authentic vibes of Bali.
