WORST EXPERIENCE EVER！
My recent stay was a nightmare. I paid at the front desk to confirm my boat ticket reservation to Bali, but they DIDN’T make the booking with the boat company. I had to buy another ticket at the pier. I almost missed the last ferry to Bali due to their negligence.
Not to mention that their private car service charged 200% more than the standard local rate and their location is extremely distant.
When I complained to the hotel management, they initially responded with empty apologies but then ignored all my follow-up emails. This level of incompetence and disregard for guests is unacceptable.
Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money here!

Adorable hotel, lovely breakfast, nice pool, amazing sunrise from the room. Especially liked the bathroom and tropical shower!
Cleaning service twice a day.. polite and friendly staff! I definitely recommend this hotel for stay !!!

Maua Nusa was in a very clean and as we found out one of the very best places to stay on the island. The dining was on point with several breakfast and diner options. The ambiance was great by the pool was our favorite. Staff was always finding ways to make our stay the best it could be. Lovely place to also check out and eat at only 10min from Villa called Amok sunset bar and grill has great food and drinks and an incredible sunset, a must see.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Maua Nusa Penida by Swiss-Belhotel! 🌴 We booked a junior suite and the view was absolutely stunning. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast every morning. Yes, the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but that’s just part of the Nusa Penida charm. If you're looking for a serene getaway with your partner, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

The Villas was spectacular amazing! Truly rejuvenating and the best place for tranquility..They have a cosy private pool for every each of the villas and I love it so much!Staffs were super friendly especially from the banquet team!I will definitely revisit Māua!😎
