I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Malaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

The Family Room for 3 adults was spacious & clean. Breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from such that even ice-cream with toppings & candy floss were available plus Jamu drinks. Everyday there are changes in the menu & they're delicious.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

This hotel is highly recommended. All the employees are very friendly, starting from security, receptionists and other employees, they really like it. And the guests felt like they were queened😍 the security at the front of the lobby was alert so when the guests arrived they already stayed there and we felt welcomed and helped with carrying things to the room. This hotel is clean, the swimming pool is okay, the breakfast menu is varied, the only thing that is lacking is one piece of lighting in the room, please add more so that the feel of the room at night looks fresh because if you have children whose hobby is dancing, you won't feel comfortable if the atmosphere in the room is not bright enough. That's all, over all it's really ok. Next time I want to come here again

2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.
