He often came out to greet guests and ensure everyone was enjoying their meal, which was a lovely gesture that made the breakfast feel even more special. this is the a really great business hotel you can work on the top floor free of cost if you have work . great coffee machine free of cost . hotel is very clear . rooms are big was so happy to see windows , not like other hotels I stayed before this at bloom and I felt I am staying in a pigeon hole with no windows room was so small and the same cost. I was really happy with my stay they have android tv u can log on and see ur fav shows on Ott platform. They are really help full. will return to this hotel when ever I stay in Bangalore The manager is also very helpful. worth every rupee spend at the hotel

The hotel location is average, but the decoration and interior design are very good, full of Arabian style, luxurious atmosphere, and the design of the bathroom is very Nordic, which is a perfect score. Breakfast was very varied and service was in place. The gym was a little disappointed, very small and very few equipment. The account manager at the front desk has to make a point, it's just too embarrassing. I've lived in so many five-star hotels and no one speaks to customers like him. Obviously I paid the full amount when I checked in, but when I renewed my room, I was charged an extra 807 rupees. Then I found out that it was an internal problem of the hotel. In summary, I hope the hotel can improve the gym and train the service quality. Oh yes, it's also very strange that the lights in the entrance of the room can't be turned off. The waiter must come over and twist the light bulb to turn off ...

Went to attend friends daughter marriage on 4th April. Stayed at this beautiful property. In the heart of Bengaluru. Check in n check out was smooth. They even allowed but late check out by 90 minutes too as per request. Room size was adequate. Bathroom size could have been better. Have opted for MAP plan. They offered DTH menu which was very good n tasty. Breakfast spread next day morning was nice. Whole team at F & B takes care of you. All in all enjoyed my short stay. Scope of improvement - there is 20% discount for Tata Neu members till 31.05.24. but unfortunately F & B team was not aware of it. Even how to incorporate discount in their system need to be taught. Secondly welcome drink would have been great since it was hot outside. Thanks team Vivanta

Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

Zostel Bangalore Indiranagar exceeded my expectations in every way. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with friendly staff, made my stay truly memorable. Dear All; My stay at Ginger Bangalore was good. The service is excellent. Hotel is clean and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff are good and helpfull. My best is the restaurant. All the restaurant staff were fabulous in their service. Food is delicious as well They serve good coffee and tea as well. I love the buffets.. I had good and delicious meals at the Ginger Bangalore restaurant. It's cosy and I felt at home. Restaurant staff are always ready to serve. They prepared for me my simple meal of chapattis and veggies. It was delicious. Also the room service staff and the reception staff were excellent in their service. Excellent service I was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay at Ginger Bangalore. It's a good and safe place to stay at. Although it's an hour and half drive from the airport.
