ZEER SLECHTE HOTEL! Zogenaamd 5 sterren niet eens 1 ster waard! Alles is kapot en een vies! Hele team denkt aan HOE KUNNEN WE DE KLANT OPLICHTEN!

Excellent hotel in Ramhhamheang area with nice room.I think it looks different from last year may be a big renovation of room and public area. The staffs is friendly and helpful. The money I paid is reasonable. i would like to visit Aunchaleena grand hotel next month again.Thank you to General manager, front desk and all staffs🙏🙏🙏

The hotel was not nice, the rooms old and things shabby and used, some felt not clean/filthy and the service was not good. I checked in later and the guy at the reception had my son pay again for the room, even though I had paid by credit card already. They gave him the money back when I sent them the proof that I have paid.It also was very noisy, guests trampling and making noise in the middle of the night in the corridors. . I really would not recommend the hotel, especially since it is called "Grand Hotel" there is nothing grand there. The pictures are most likely quite old from when the hotel still looked decent. They are misleading and I find it not honest at all, to trick us with good photos in such a place. l realize I should have taken pictures, but I was just wanting to get out!

The overall hygiene of this place was unacceptable. There was an actual bird’s nest in the bathroom vent, and feathers and twigs were scattered all over the towels that were supposed to be clean. I asked to change rooms, but was told it wasn’t possible—they only offered to clean it up, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the water pressure in both the shower and toilet was so poor that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible. The listing clearly stated that no deposit was required, yet I was still charged one. The staff weren’t particularly helpful or friendly—just indifferent. Out of all the places I’ve stayed at in Southeast Asia, this was by far the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was so unpleasant that I didn’t even feel like taking any photos.

location good, around have shop and eat, but reception people can not communicate well

Pretty good location and easy access to convince store, night market, The mall and BTS.

They are very friendly. The hotel looks like it was built a while ago, but it is clean. The night market is worth visiting. However, it is difficult to use the subway. Other than that, all the amenities are there.

stayed here for a night. staff are very nice and very accommodating. we met the general manager and he is very nice and very kind person. surprisingly, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to an executive room. we appreciate the staff for doing this. my son enjoyed the stay. in terms of cleanliness, the hotel room is very clean. very well decorated and well maintained. lobby looks good as well. just need to upgrade the lift/elevator to a modern one. we had an excellent stay and for sure we will be back here soon.

Staff very friendly and courteous! The vibe was calm and not too touristy. The Tom Yum was absolutely delicious! Everyone was professional and welcoming to us. We did a late check-out without bringing charged extra. Would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location away from the crowds of tourists.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.. I WENT THERE TO CHECK INN.. BUT AT THE VIEW OF THE INSIDE HOTEL....IT DID NOT SEEM LIKE THE OUTSIDE IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE A 4**** STAR HOTEL BUT LIKE A RUBBISH HOTEL IT SEEM DANGEROUS SECURITY+ RECEPTION ARE BATTLING TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FINAL RESULT THEY USED THD LANGUAGE BARRIER...POCKET MY 40 USD I NEVER STAYED THERE.. I LEFG AND ASK THM TO CSNCDL OR REFUND M THEY DID NOTHING BUT SAYONG WE CSNNOY UNDERSTSND DNGLISH JUST AS SN EDCUSE NOG TO CANC.

When staying in Ramkhamhaeng, it's. Definitely the best choice for price - value. The hotel itself could use some renovation, butthe rooms are fine and have everything, the hotel has a pool which, was a must have criteria for us and the personal is friendly. I will come here again on my next trip

Location is far everywhere and you need to take a taxi, but hotel is good rooms also good.
