I Have stayed one night it's pretty nice

We were a couple just looking for a budget room for 3 days en route to Cambodia. Hotel was friendly and bathrooms clean. Perfect location if you want Khao San road on your doorstep. Non dorm couples occupancy rooms were spacious and clean, whilst obviously fairly sparse. Shared bathrooms but only with two other similar rooms so max 6ppl so pretty private in that respect. Only downside is be aware that those rooms are up stairs, not one flight, not two, but four. Suited more to backpacking/young but we knew that prior so that’s a comment for others rather than a criticism.

Was quite comfortable and clean in the rooms, but I did not like the smoking in the common room and some bugs due to all the open windows. The receptionist was great and tried her best to keep all guests happy more than the owner who was very fixed when things didn't go as planned.

Very satisfied. Cleanliness is good. The boss is Chinese, so there is no need to worry about communication problems. The boss also answered all questions.

The first floor is a hot pot restaurant. The owner is Chinese and often organizes self-driving tours for guests. Perfect..

It's been almost two days since I checked out of the hotel, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back for the locker key. I can't add the boss on WeChat, and I can't get through on the phone.

There are many places to eat near the accommodation. There is a time to turn off the air conditioner every day. I'm not sure, but it should be from noon to 2 pm. People who go out to do business during the day probably won't have a problem with this. The staff are not Thai, but they can communicate in English and understand each other. The staff are friendly. The accommodation provides laundry service for 40 baht, so there is no clothesline to hang clothes and washing clothes in the sink is not allowed. I can sleep normally because it is not near the main road in the middle of Khao San. It seems like half of the customers here are long-term guests, but there are also daily customers coming and going every day. The disadvantages that I have encountered are: 1. In the evening, from 5 pm to 8 pm (we stayed on the 4th floor, female-only room), there is a very strong smell of ***** every day, even though the balcony is on the 2nd floor. It is not a smell from the balcony at all because the balcony is two floors apart. I think it is a guest who smokes.. 2. There is no pen at the counter bar behind the refrigerator to write your name when you put things in. (I wish there was.) 3. The walkway is very dark. I would like to see a small light in the walkway. 🙏🏻

Very good, there are many Chinese people staying here, very close to the bar street of Khaosan Road, but still very quiet at night.

The experience was very bad. I booked it only because it was a Chinese hotel, thinking that it would be easy to communicate. Chinese people really put making money first wherever they go. They didn't care if there were enough rooms or not. They didn't arrange check-in until 2:30 pm and arranged for someone to take me to the hotel I booked next door. I booked for two days, but they called me out after one night. What's even funnier when checking into their own hotel is that they asked you to wait until 2 o'clock to check in, and they didn't inform you in advance. I'm really convinced. I've never seen such a method that only cares about making money and doesn't care about the feelings of customers. They never give bad reviews. I have no place to complain when I encounter such a situation in a foreign country.

Very nice shop. The boss is a Chinese guy. He is handsome and nice. He answered all questions. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice. They are all very polite. The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There are delicious food outside. Haha. The price-performance ratio is very high. I stayed in a quadruple room. I forgot to take pictures. I will stay here next time.

The room is generally OK, and the sanitary condition is average. The air conditioning cooling effect is not very good, and the sanitary condition of the public area needs to be improved.
