The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

I saw quite a few negative reviews before booking, but I really liked the location so I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did! For the price, this place was beyond my expectations. The room was spacious, clean enough, and even had a kitchen and living room. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back next time.

Location and room are ok. Staff at reception not so friendly though. When asked if i can check out late upon check in, the staff told me no, cannot. Later in the evening, there was another staff at the reception and i asked if i can check out late again, she said is ok, and processed for me. However, the system was not updated and my key cards cannot be used after 12pm on the check out date. I had to validate my card again, and the staff asked so many questions as to how i paid, when i paid. Them not updating the system and re validating my key card became my problem !!!

Transportation is very convenient. The air conditioner in the room was very cool. It was a very good stay.👍👍👍

Good location

Nice hotel, great location only few minute by walking tovSi Lom center. The room big, clean, like small apartments, some rooms have balcony., very quiet. The stuff was nice and helpful, even i make late check in and early check out.

The only saving grace is the location and the large room. Everything else is terrible: everything is shabby and worn out. I had to beg for towels, but they only brought two floor rags called towels an hour later. The room stinks, to put it mildly. There's no hot water. The bedding seemed fresh, but the rest of the items are scary to touch. It's scary to sit on the toilet, as it's square, and the toilet seat is round and half the size. 🤣 The next day, they didn't clean the room, didn't change the towels, and didn't bring any water. Nothing but disappointment, I'll never come back here and I don't recommend it to anyone.
