Exceptional Service and Hospitality The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, including the lobby attendants. My family (my wife, our two children and I) arrived from the UK to Madinah early in the morning around 5:00 AM. I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned that I was willing to pay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time. I then requested the possibility of an early check-in and offered to pay any additional charges, as we were extremely tired; especially our children aged 5 and 10. The staff were very understanding and assured us they would do their best. As soon as a family room became available, they promptly cleaned and prepared it for us, allowing us to check in around 10:30 AM. When I offered to pay an extra fee for the early check-in, they kindly declined and said, “No, thank you. We’re happy to help you.” Their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

Check in was slow. Room is small not like the picture in the website. Parking is always full

It was 3 beds in room. But I booked one bed bedroom.so it should be as per booking. As 3 beds makes room conjusted.

Good location and clean hotel also area is near to AL SALAM street

Location is quite near to Haram but a little bit far from ladies gate

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Memorable and Fun Stay! Stayed at Emaar Taiba Hotel in Madinah for one night and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Masjid e Nabawi – super convenient! But the real highlight was the night receptionist 😄 At first, he totally scared me by saying there was no reservation under my name and made me wait for around 30 minutes. Then he said I needed to pay again (even though I had already paid online)… and suddenly burst into laughter! 😂 He was just joking the whole time – such a funny guy! Definitely a stay I won’t forget. Highly recommend this hotel for both the comfort and the laughs!

Good hotel, walking distance to haram (approx. 10minutes) .. But parking is very limited, only 17 spaces out of 170flats

During my straying in Amaar taiba hotel I have meet Abdou latif in the reception and he was very grateful to welcoming me in his hotel. And was a good friend.

I recently stayed at Emaar Taiba Hotel in Madinah and really liked the experience. The biggest advantage is the location – it is just a short walk to the Prophet’s Mosque, which made it very convenient, especially during prayer times. The services were good as well, with staff being polite and helpful whenever needed. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, Emaar Taiba is a comfortable choice for anyone visiting Madinah who wants to be close to the Haram and enjoy decent services at good value.

It was really bad not clean at all the room it was horrible, sorry but the room not for human stay

It's not a hotel for pilgrims because you can't take a shower due to a very bad and squeezed tiny shower area .The bathroom is very old and not just a tiny, even not a joke .They only have three beds, room no double bed or twin beds. The bathroom is very un accept able .I was scammed due to a non refund able room. Otherwise, I must run from there .Next time, BIG NO CHANCE is not staying there.

The hotel provides a comfortable and clean stay. It is conveniently located approximately a 7-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi, with Gate 310 of the mosque situated nearby. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to an affordable clothing shop, enhancing convenience for guests.
