Great location for travelling, 10 minute walk to Central Bus & train stations. Just off the main street so quiet. 3minute walk to the subway, where you can go 5 stops to the end of the line and take bus 66 up through the pine forest of the Vitoska mountain & ski lifts. We had a double room with a small balcony that was fine. Just asked reception & got a kettle & coffee,& sugar. The bathroom has been refitted with new towels & was spotless. The room carpet is probably next for changing It seems the cleaners used too much insecticide which left a lingering smell. The breakfast was 3 minutes walk to a sister hotel. There was a good choice of cereals, fruit, breads, cakes cold cuts etc It's not luxurious but great for a couple for 3 mights

Multi storey hotel close to the main railway station. Plenty of English spoken. Breakfast in near by hotel.

convenient location being 10 min walk from bus station and a quick 5min walk from the metro. round the corner is a trip advisor recommended restaurant for traditional meals. across the river is the open air market. Street is a bit dark so try not to arrive late. there are several hotels in the area.

Stay was excellent, staff Diana and Victoria are a gem and asset to the hotel. Will recommend to everyone staying here

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our way to Romania Pros- the hotel is in a great location. Quiet leafy street, 500 meters to main bus and train terminal, approx 20 min walk to Vitosha boulevard - the room itself is quite nice, the TV has English channels, the balcony was an unexpected plus - the breakfast provided is adequate, though you need to go to an adjacent hotel - the staff were friendly and did their best to help Cons- the bed was not made up, they provided a single bed sheet for a queen sized bed. There was only one glass for 2 people. The quilt in the cupboard was filthy, it had no cover and we couldn’t use it - the mattress has no protector and is too soft. It might suit some but it is too soft for a hotel mattress - I tried to call reception to ask them for another sheet, a clean quilt and a glass. No one answered the phone. (I was told the next day that the phone is broken ). I went downstairs to find someone but no one was there or answered the bell on the desk. The next day I was told that the receptionist had to cover two hotels so is not always there . Please take note if you are arriving late to the hotel-there May be non one to check you in They are also very strict on check in times. If you want an earlier check in time than 2 pm you need to pay for it Overall the hotel is decent. If there had have been someone at reception all the issues would have been quickly resolved The main complaint is the cleaning and maintenance of rooms

It was a good hotel in general. It was clean, the shower had good water pressure and hot water, which was very nice. The only disappointing thing was that when I entered the room, there were cigarette butts left behind, probably from the previous guest, and there was a half-drunk drink left in the minibar in the fridge. However, they dealt with the situation properly after I explained it to them.

We chose this hotel for the buffet breakfast and when we arrived we found that it didn't even have a restaurant. If I had known, I would have chosen one in the centre as it is in a rather bad area to return to at night. The rooms and bathroom were fine but we were disappointed. Bad information from Trip Advisor or the hotel.

The hotel did not provide breakfast for some reason, but still refunded me. The location is quite convenient, near the bus station and train station. The room is a bit small, and the lights in the corridor are automatic, but it is still comfortable to live in.

Quite a "tired" hotel with traces of its former beauty. Large rooms, balcony, spacious bathroom, lots of furniture. We booked a room with breakfast, but it turned out that the restaurant was closed. We asked for a kettle (there was none in the room), and there was no kettle either. The girl at the reception brought us only 2 cups of hot water and tea bags. There are no cafes nearby to have breakfast. But there is a bakery near the Lviv Most metro station where you can grab a bite to eat.

After coming out of the central bus station, you have to walk through a grassy area to find it. The location is good, but the cityscape of Sofia is really shabby! The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is also very good. The room is not big and it is even equipped with a small bathtub ^_^ The front desk service was also good, but neither receptionist was there when I picked up the luggage to store. Fortunately, I left my contact number and rushed back within a few minutes.
