"Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia."

"Quite basic hotel. I took this for a few nights because of the pool. After spending time at the town it is nice to jump in the pool to cool down. Unfortunaltely the pool closed relatively early so night swimming was not possible. You can see the hotel is old, breakfast was not the best ones (i.e. the eggs even looked bad), and it is quite a long way from the center. On the other hand, not very pricy, pool was nice and in all easy place to stay."

However, the hallway was dimly lit, and it was unnerving to see African men, who I couldn't tell if they were staff or guests, occupying a room with the door wide open, chatting. "We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Very close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Our room was modern, clean, very well equipped, and extremely spacious, which we really appreciated as a big family and one of the main reasons we initially booked this hotel. Our room was overlooking the beautiful mountains and the hotel's Japanese garden, which was a nice bonus The hotel has the nicest gym I have ever seen in any hotel in the world, with an amazing view of the waterfall and Japanese garden. It felt like a gym for celebrities The hotel staff were also very kind and recommended many local hidden gems off the beaten path. Overall highly recommended"

The breakfast is well stocked and the room given to me (I had the n.902) is very good, comfortable, nice KING size bed with a good view of the city. The negative side is in the reception, it is not presented in an adequate manner at all, because the problem of having to climb the stairs to reach level n.1 on foot, imagine a person (worse for elderly people) with luggage and without a lift, becomes a problem; but it does not end there, because when you arrive at the reception area. You encounter cartons, sofas, objects leaning in the corner, folders of invoices with people (they are not staff) drooling with beer, it is a very ugly image, for a moment I was thinking of giving up my reservation and losing my € 300.00 expenses."
