Was a comfortable and well outfitted apartment. Has excellent laundry machines, and supplied detergent. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Nice and warm in the winter.

Todo perfecto. Es un edificio tradicional bien ubicado y agradable, muy limpio y con las instalaciones adecuadas para una estancia corta en Sofía. El desayuno está incluido, con pan tostado, zumo, café, yogur, etc. Muy completo. Lo mejor del hotel es que el propietario te cuenta la historia del país mientras desayunas, lo cual es una experiencia muy interesante porque habla con pasión y sabe muchísima historia. Merece la pena aloj**** aquí solo por eso. Un 10 el anfitrión.

Overall, this is a popular B&B, not quite hotel-quality. The breakfast was good. It's close to the metro station, Teatralna on Line 3, less than a ten-minute walk (don't get off at ”SU St. Kliment Ohridski,” as it's a waste of time). There's a good Italian restaurant across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The only downside is that I booked a penthouse apartment, but was given a second-floor room, which wasn't just an upgrade, but a downgrade.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

The hotel was amazing best i’ve ever stayed at It was our first anniversary and my girlfriend really loved the room and everyone was very nice and helpful we would definitely be back

Very nice hotel to stay! Rooms are so big…especially with balcony! Housekeeping are working very good! Launge club do not recommend…nothing to do there for $50! Location is perfect! All official organizations are very closed. Recommended!

The hotel is in the urban area, and it is a pedestrian street when you go out. There are many restaurants, and you can walk to the cathedral and other classics in about ten minutes. The breakfast is ok, the room size is good, they are all relatively new in Sofia Take a taxi to the airport for about half an hour

The hotel is in the city, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding area is the living area, the stay is relatively late, the hotel view is general, basically no, it took a long time to ask, the accommodation experience is general

The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside.

Hotel is next to metro 2 central train station and is quite good if you can navigate the metro, line The breakfast is the same everyday but staff are good and complimentary coffee in reception. On my visit very quiet this time of year in Sofia but I enjoyed Sofia No restaurant nearby have to go into city . There are shops nearby about 1/2 km away but it’s ok and safe Night time few doggy characters around this part of town but avoid them 24 hr reception was helpful and warm Just if you come in late grab some food for your room as nothing to eat around
