"Stayed at The Westin Grand Frankfurt during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation.
The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient.
A reliable and comfortable hotel choice when visiting Frankfurt."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained, with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere throughout. Cleanliness was also at a very high standard, both in the room and in the common areas. A special highlight was the fine dining restaurant located within the hotel. The food, presentation, service, and overall dining experience were truly excellent and added something very special to our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, style, convenience, and quality. I would gladly stay here again."
"Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon."
"Very driver-friendly, the hotel location is excellent, right off the highway. Parking is free, and there's an underground garage. The restaurant food is delicious, and the room is impeccable – truly five-star standard. The staff service is also great. I'll definitely be back!"
"Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down.
.The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead.
.The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice.
.The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing
.The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property.
To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect.
I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia."
