This stay was an extremely poor experience. Firstly, the hotel's accommodations were old and dilapidated, with cluttered and poorly maintained public areas. The rooms were outdated, poorly cleaned, and had poor soundproofing, making the accommodations far from comfortable. Even more unacceptable was the blatant discrimination and differential treatment by the hotel's foreign owners. During check-in and throughout the entire process, they were cold, arrogant, and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic courtesy and respect. However, they were overly enthusiastic and attentive to other foreign guests, demonstrating a clear double standard. Paying for a hotel should entitle guests to equal service and respect, but here we experienced unfair treatment. Coupled with the outdated facilities and low service standards, the hotel is completely unworthy of its current price. I sincerely advise against staying here and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I love Bangkok so much, and I'm really grateful to the housekeeping staff who helped me choose the perfect room. The breakfast was delicious, and I also want to thank the grandmother who ironed my suit—thank you for your hard work!

Very good location and is around rama9 which is facilities and amenities with food all around. Good point is daily breakfast provided, at least don’t have to worry about being hungry.

In general, the hotel was fine; however, it was a big cockroach there... The view was amazing.

This hotel stay was quite different from before. The rooms are gradually being renovated, and breakfast is now a buffet, unlike the set menus they used to offer. Many staff members at the front desk have changed; some long-time employees who had been there for decades are no longer around. However, the front desk staff are still very welcoming, though not many speak Chinese, and those who do, don't speak much. It's still highly recommended, and the surrounding area is very convenient.

The hotel offers a tuk-tuk shuttle service between the hotel and Rama 9 MRT station. The location is great, though the room isn't very spacious. The ambiance is good, and it's excellent value for money. The breakfast quality is really good, and the front desk staff speak Chinese and are very friendly. There's also a car park available.

This hotel is pretty good. Even though it's tucked away in an alley, the surroundings are lovely and very quiet. Just a hundred meters away, there's a local residents' market, a 7-Eleven, and a self-service laundry. Each room has a small balcony with a great view, perfect for watching the sunset, with local low-rise houses and distant skyscrapers in the background. During my stay, the hotel was replacing mattresses and sofas, so it seemed like they were undergoing renovations. I didn't take photos of the rooms, but they actually looked a bit different from the pictures. For the same booking, I stayed in two rooms with different styles. The first one was newly renovated with a more boutique feel, while the second one hadn't been renovated and had an old-hotel elegant and cozy vibe. This hotel probably has rooms in several different color schemes. The sheets and pillows smelled fresh, like laundry detergent, much cleaner than many five-star hotels! The downside was the bathroom's shower area; the first room had a wet/dry separation, but water still spilled out, and the second room didn't have any separation and was very small. Of course, there might be rooms with no issues at all; it seems to be a matter of luck with the allocation.

I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again next time. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is nearby huge malls and many places to eat. The hotel has good Wi-Fi which allowed me to use video conferencing without interruption. The staff was also friendly and hospitality.

The room facilities were a bit old and the overall environment was just okay, but maybe I have high standards. However, the breakfast was genuinely good – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent with a truly sincere attitude. Even though there was a language barrier, it was sincerely a great experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very dedicated and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle service was always available. The only downside was the outdated gym equipment, which I hope they'll upgrade soon.

Stayed on the 7th floor and there is renovations taking place across several rooms. Hallways are filled with rubbish and new furniture. This constitutes a egress hazard in an emergency situation. The renovations also mean that there are loud noises during daytime hours. I would avoid this hotel for a couple of months. Breakfast was good.
