Second time to stay in this hotel. Great stay so far. Daily buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Room is very spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. Location is not very near tourist attractions but is very accessible , just few minutes walk to ferry boat, bus station and train station

Booked this hotel as it is within the event venue where my partner and I are attending. We have been here before and the service standards are good and comparable to our last visit. We are given a big spacious room with the scenic river view. The hotel is quite old, but they try their best to keep the amentities in the best condition possible. Towels and bedding could do with a refreshed set.

A completely awful place to stay. I seriously regret ever booking this dump.  The very old and outdated property. Also the staff were completely rude, dismissive and very unpleasant to encounter with. Internet was awful. Was never able to use it. I approach the front desk agent who is very dismissive about my concern. I also went and bought a kombucha From the coffee bistro only to be rudely and unpleasantly treated by one of the staff member who happens to be pregnant. Also was completely treated poorly by the omelette attendant at the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping staff are also rude and polite I don't know how to greet. I spent the time giggling and talking nonsense in their language while servicing my room. Making me feel uncomfortable. Place is far away from everywhere. I definitely do not recommend.

Overall it's a really good hotel if it wasn't so out of the way from everything else. There is no public transport going to and from the hotel and you have to take Grab to get there. Other than that the convention ballroom was good. My event was held successfully.

I upgraded to the Premium Riverview room with a King size bed. The room is very spacious and has a huge balcony overlooking the river. I liked the hardwood floor. There is only 2 pillows but should have 4. The 55inch Altron TV remote control does not respond all the time. International Cable channels are limited and with poor signal quality. The buffet breakfast has a good selection to choose from. They have a egg station where you can order eggs. Coffee is good.

The room size is big. The view is stunning. Have a big balcony towards the river sides.Only the location is a bit far from the main city.

not a bad hotel, just too out of the way. didnt have a choice this time, was attending an event and most of the participants were placed here so went along with it. room was very decent. still, the location killed it. shame.

Spectacular views

Very neat place with great view of the river and the city skyline, the rooms very well organized and all in all really very comfortable stay. rooms with river view are really nice.

Good location to get around by boat, good services. The room is spacious and the river view at night was spectacular. Good riverside restaurant.

Free upgrade to executive room.Room was huge & the service was fast.These a In-House Tuk tuk for us to go to the nearest bts.

Food was good . Service was fine Allowed to check in early

the hotel is good simple and the staff also kind but the breakfast is simple

Far from main shopping area.. Places is old and have not done with any upgrading for years
