Love this 2 bedroom apartment which is equipped with washing machine and looks just like the pictures listed. It is located in a fantastic location with a number of malls opp the hotel, a train night market and metro station all within min of walking.

This hotel is extremely convient. Located right next to a sky train station, opposite to 2 big shopping malls (Seacon Square and paradise park) you will not need to worry about getting to restaurants and shops. There’s also a night market opposite to the hotel. The only con was that the hotel was a bit old. Some switches or appliances provided by the hotel doesn’t work anymore. Other than that, great value and great location!

Good services

Overall: staying there was alright. A/C is good for hot season, but exaggerated for November. Can't control the swing. Food was good, but might have been more diversified. Faucets are installed quite unusually. Excellent location: walking distance to 3 large shipping malls, Makro Food and Yellow line.

We loved the location as it was close to the place we wanted to visit. It’s more like a business hotel with all the amenities you’ll need for your business trip. It’s great for families as well. We only stayed here for 2 nights but we thought it was old and kinda dusty. It definitely needs a renovation.

The entire staff was great except for one lady who needs to work on her English, but other than that it was truly a "diamond in the rough" experience - the surroundings may look decrepit due to its more industrial nature, but this place is a thing of beauty (given its shape, a thin needle of beauty). The rooms resemble apartments with wonderful views and all amenities necessary, including even washing machines! The ACs are brilliant and non-intrusive, the breakfast the typical continental type, the pool is nice and its proximity to the BKK airport great.

Very Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Only stayed for one night, the workers were all very nice and accommodating. Just that the hotel itself was a bit old and the shower was pretty dirty. Also the sauna is not working, so it would be nice to not list that in the accommodations cause we were actually really looking forward for it.

Nice room big room but kind of old fashioned. Very nice location tho, close to the malls and the public transit. Good for staying at least two days

Pros: good location, opposite the station and two shopping malls; everything else is cons: average facilities, average service, average breakfast, not very good English, very noisy.

Friendly staff, large, but dirty room, lots of dirt in the shower room, dirty basically anywhere, places with lots of dirt including (chairs, curtains, floor, cabinets, bathroom, sofa) The level of hygiene is within my requirements I wanted to leave without staying overnight, but my family said not to waste money and time! The cleaning is really ridiculously bad, I stayed in a firefly two room. Also wanted to go swimming with the kids in the indoor pool, but once I got to the 5th floor to take a look and gave up, too dirty, too bad environment, too scary gloomy. Location are aspect, call car alighting can be at the hotel door! Breakfast basically has very few choices, as a Victoria meal is fine, after all, there should be only thirty to forty seats. Overall, the location advantage is very good, but the hotel is really old.

There are two shopping malls next to it, which is very convenient, and it's also close to the train night market. Nice location. The room is spacious, has a living room and a washing machine, which is very convenient. It's a pity that the equipment is a bit old, and some of the key points are broken. For example, in the two bathrooms, one of the faucets has no water, and the joint between the toilet and the floor is leaking (causing a smell). For housekeeping service, I can only give it 75 points. (Is tipping 80-100 a day too little?)

I can recommend this hotel. The experience of staying in this hotel was not bad. We liked the location, but if you constantly need to be in the center, this place is not for you. Very welcoming and nice staff. Hello to everyone! Especially the security guards working in the parking lot 🥹
