Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin Reviews

First time at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin, it’s actually a service apartment called The Vertical Suite Hotel and Residence. Hence, if you are traveling via Google Map, you may not find it. On the stay, besides a good location with a steep price, still a decent stay as it is just besides the Metro.

Love this 2 bedroom apartment which is equipped with washing machine and looks just like the pictures listed. It is located in a fantastic location with a number of malls opp the hotel, a train night market and metro station all within min of walking.

This hotel is extremely convient. Located right next to a sky train station, opposite to 2 big shopping malls (Seacon Square and paradise park) you will not need to worry about getting to restaurants and shops. There’s also a night market opposite to the hotel. The only con was that the hotel was a bit old. Some switches or appliances provided by the hotel doesn’t work anymore. Other than that, great value and great location!

Good location

Overall: staying there was alright. A/C is good for hot season, but exaggerated for November. Can't control the swing. Food was good, but might have been more diversified. Faucets are installed quite unusually. Excellent location: walking distance to 3 large shipping malls, Makro Food and Yellow line.

We loved the location as it was close to the place we wanted to visit. It’s more like a business hotel with all the amenities you’ll need for your business trip. It’s great for families as well. We only stayed here for 2 nights but we thought it was old and kinda dusty. It definitely needs a renovation.

The entire staff was great except for one lady who needs to work on her English, but other than that it was truly a "diamond in the rough" experience - the surroundings may look decrepit due to its more industrial nature, but this place is a thing of beauty (given its shape, a thin needle of beauty). The rooms resemble apartments with wonderful views and all amenities necessary, including even washing machines! The ACs are brilliant and non-intrusive, the breakfast the typical continental type, the pool is nice and its proximity to the BKK airport great.

Very Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Only stayed for one night, the workers were all very nice and accommodating. Just that the hotel itself was a bit old and the shower was pretty dirty. Also the sauna is not working, so it would be nice to not list that in the accommodations cause we were actually really looking forward for it.

Nice room big room but kind of old fashioned. Very nice location tho, close to the malls and the public transit. Good for staying at least two days

Very good location

The hotel is very comfortable and clean! Talat Rot Fai Night Market is close by (closed Monday to Thursday) and there are department stores, shopping malls, and large marts across the street, so it's a pleasant stay~ And most of all, all the staff are very friendly! I'll rest well for 2 nights and 3 days~! ^^

This is a hotel serviced apartment. I booked a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen and washing machine. Let me talk about the advantages first. The hotel is located next to the main road. There are several large shopping malls and supermarkets around it. It is convenient for life. The train night market is nearby. There are also many disadvantages. The bathroom drain smells bad. The faucet of the master bedroom wash basin is seriously blocked and can't produce water. There is no shampoo and shower gel. I booked a room for 5 nights. Every day I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink in the dining room. On the last day when I returned to the room, I saw the cleaner using the faucet of the kitchen sink to wash and mop the floor. I hope the hotel can tidy it up.
