What a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generously spacious with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. 10/10, all day, every day. The gym and pool facilities were spectacular.  The rooftop bar and restaurant, Pastel, is an absolute must, spectacular views, excellent drinks, and great food to match. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would definitely book again.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Bangkok. Ctrip marked it as 'Chinese-friendly,' but it's anything but! My friend and I booked rooms for each other, which resulted in duplicate reservations. After customer service couldn't resolve it, I went to the front desk myself. I encountered a very large woman there who spoke fluent English but was incredibly arrogant. I strongly suggest Ctrip stops promoting this hotel and removes its 'Chinese-friendly' label (the woman insisted on seeing my English booking page, which I couldn't find anyway – if it's 'Chinese-friendly,' they should have someone who can read Chinese!). On top of that, the housekeeping was terrible; they took my bath towel, so I had to make do with a small hand towel!

This is a great hotel! The pool is beautiful, very clean, and has a fantastic view. It's also super convenient, being very close to the metro station, and there are lots of food options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

This is a nice hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain and many pubs and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite small and lack natural light. On a positive note, the concierge, Tawan, was very friendly and well-trained.

I am a repeated client and I simply love this hotel for everything. Location, gym, breakfast, bed, pillow and the interior decor. Most importantly, the staff.

Children have a great time. Good location and nice pool. Room is clean

This is the third time staying at this hotel, fantastic location on soi 11 - great facilities, great swimming pool, and on the doorstep to some fantastic restaurants, bars and clubs, and some nice new massage spas that I’ve opened up on the doorstep and the Metro train is at the end of the road, making it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is ok would of give 5 star if was not for cost drink and food !! but don’t bother having a drink round the pool £4.70 for a half paint and can walk outside and get a pint £1.40 breakfast average que up at coffee machine this not a 5 star

Excellent hotel and staff !! My flight was changed and I arrived before noon, they were so kind to let me check in early ! I wish they would put the English movie channels back on the TV. 3am jet lagged can’t watch but so much news 😂. Beautiful Hotel !!  Highly recommend !!!!

Overall it was a good stay, but I would rate this hotel as a 4*, the room size do not match the declared size, Deluxe room in fact looks like a 18 sq.m as maximum instead of mentioned 29 sq.m, also quite dark inside. I booked Deluxe instead of Superior with a purpose to have spacious room but still it was small. Bathroom is super small and you can’t even move if the shower door is opened. Also no towel hangers or shelve for them, small details but disappointing and not convenient. We asked for a room change next day and were given a corner Deluxe which looked bit bigger and felt more airy because of more light and shape. The ceiling in the room is also very low, its an old building after full renovation and in fact don’t match the 5* standard. Staff is extremely nice and great, 5* service and ready to help you with anything, I would put Aira staff as the main treasure of this hotel. Breakfast in my opinion 100% don’t match a 5* standard, plastic sausages that I couldn’t eat after tasting one time, limited choice of fruits and overall choice is small. Separate Asian buffet was good, but salad bar and the rest are really poor. Stayed in other hotels of this hotel group, Samala and Eleven, and for sure for next trip I’ll choose Eleven again (just opposite building), much more spacious rooms, excellent breakfast choice even having a 4* category.

Very crowded at the night time because alot of bar nearby. However, a bit dangerous for lady if walk alone. Close bts station but still need to walk few mins alone the road. Hotel room is not bad, abit small. Breakfast not so bad.

This hotel was excellent.foyer very impressive and staff very polite and accommodating.The room was very fresh and clean.Hotel is situated in a great locatio,.many quality restaurants with a great choice of all types of food.Close to Nana BTS. Overall I definitely recommend this place.Price is reasonable also.
