The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok

I made reservation through trip.com for a Club grand deluxe balcony room, it was clearly stated on my booking that room has swimming room view. In fact, I found my room didn't have any swimming pool view. l reflected this issue to hotel, they said the room type I booked actually have no swimming pool view. I was very disappointed ! The person in charge said they didn't have any any room of the same size with swimming pool available. If I insist to have swimming pool view, this will offer me with a small room. I didn't accept their 'offer' . And my mood was ruined ！Bad smell in room.

I stayed at The Salil Riverside Hotel for four nights, and everything about my stay was truly satisfying — from the elegant rooms to the kind staff, excellent service, and well-maintained facilities. What stood out the most were the unique in-house experiences offered to guests. One of the highlights was the traditional Thai costume experience, which I highly recommend. Mint and Selen warmly guided me in choosing the outfit, and Mint carefully helped me get dressed. She also took amazing photos and chatted with me in such a friendly way that I felt completely at ease, even though I was doing the experience alone. & Aqua therapy program that called “Moon therapy” is provided at rooftop spa of The Hotel Salil Riverside. So, the beautiful scenery brings me so much joy. And rooms are very clean and elegant. Also the therapist Noom was so kind and thoughtful. Lastly, the staff member who oversees the pool (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also incredibly kind and thoughtful. In fact, every staff member I encountered at this hotel was genuinely warm and attentive. The pool itself was clean, and the depth was perfect for a relaxing swim or a bit of fun in the wate And I can’t forget to mention the housekeeping staff — they were not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally good at what they do. My room was always spotless, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. Thanks to them, it became one of the most memorable parts of my stay. Don’t miss it! Super recommeded!

Perfect hotel for family vacation, there are restaurants, cafe, dessert bar, ice cream cafe within the hotel. It also provides free shuttle boat to iconsiam and BTS.

Very clean, small low-rise hotel with everything you need and more. Good breakfast, excellent coffee, good at problem-solving. Good quality toilet paper, a must mention, as most hotels do not provide it. Thumbs up for that 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice, clean, and super amazing with a refreshing scent. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the free shuttle service to Icon Siam, it made getting around so convenient. Definitely will come back again!
