I have chosen okura prestige Bangkok this year to spend my birthday. They have specially arranged a decoration for me on the first day( my bday). According to my wife , this surprise decoration was arranged promptly via email.
The hospitality was amazing, room services are good. Their staffs would do their best to make sure you are in a comfy mode. Check in check out time was personalized.
P.s. their cake is a must try, it is a high quality Japanese style cake I had and I would want to buy one to home town as souvenir!

Perfect location, the BTS Station Plernchit is in front of the hotel. Nice service, I like turn down service in evening as well. Breakfast is variety and good.

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and we felt instantly at ease.
Our child especially loved the stay, which made the experience even more memorable for our family. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight—beautifully presented and delicious, with something for everyone.
Although we regret not remembering the names of the staff, we want to express our sincere appreciation to each and every team member. From the warm greetings downstairs to the attentive service in the room and at breakfast, every staff member was exceptional. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions.. Breakfast was satisfactory especially the japanese restaurant . Overall, a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the upgraded room

This is our 2nd time staying at Okura Prestige and we Will come back to stay again when we visit Bangkok.
We stayed 3 nights and wished we could stay longer.
We had a fantastic experience with staff and food.
The staff were very welcoming and warm.
Breakfast was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning. The spread was very good and the quality of food was excellent. There will be a staff walking around serving us freshly baked milk bread or croissant. Really hard to say no to freshly baked bread or pastries.
Room had all the amenities we needed. Even had a pillow menu. We can say that this is one hotel where we don't miss our own bed. Love the tea set in the room when we can brew our own cup of green tea.
Location wise, its a longer walk to the paragon area. There is a mall opposite with nice food and a let's relax at the basement. It is located slightly away from the congested area so we found it easier to take the taxi and we are not stucked in the jam.
Overall we had a great experience staying in Okura Prestige and look forward to staying there again.

Good location and the service quality from staff is excellent. However, the variety of breakfast choices are not that extensive comparing to Intercontinental Bangkok and Conrad Bangkok. The infinity swimming pool is a bit too small.
