Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

Room is clean , location is good , 7/11 at downstair , supermarket and MRT location is around 200 meters .Specially China 🇨🇳 Consulate just opposite Good way to start your Thailand trip from here *** Bolt at Thailand is very good , drivers are nice , cars are clean , price is much cheaper than Grab

I would like to emphasis 3 things for improvement. Room request for booking sometime is not met and the response is hotel room is full. However this could be managed in my opinion. The next point is shower area, WC cubicle and basin area should be kept cleaner and maintained with proper engineering and housekeeping. Last point if the hotel lobby is swamp with mosquitoes especially in early morning and later night and it also went into Guestroom. I would suggest they install a number of UV mosquitoes trap surrounding hotel lobby area inside and level 2 for better comfort to their staff and guest experience.

The hotel provides an exceptional level of service at a budget-friendly price. The interior design is outstanding, complemented by a friendly team that responds promptly to our requests. While it is somewhat removed from the city center, the hotel offers a serene and enriching experience. Overall, guests leave feeling satisfied with their stay.

Location: average. They provide pick up and going to suttisan mrt station. Cleanliness : I am comfortable with it. Service : average. They are supposed to give me just a normal bowl of noodle, which I wanted to claim on my last day of check out before going to airport, the reception told me, it is only valid for before checkout time. Don't see what is the difference. Not that i like it so much, it is just to feel the stomach before going to airport. But I couldn't be bothered asking for their reason. Meals : bought the one with breakfast. Meal is OK. FOR ONE DAY. You will get bored if you have it more than two days. It is the same thing everyday. No coffee as well. Only soy bean and milk. And last two days, they added some juice. Summary: I like the cleanliness and had a good sleep. But I didn't like their location. After about a day of traveling, I find it really far. Took almost 30minutes to go back to hotel from Siam or Central world area. Didn't particularly like the level of service because it is just looking at how much money can get out of each customer. For a night is OK. Anything longer, seems like just too far out of the way. Plus they have a lot of Chinese nationalities, so smoking may be an issue.

The Hotel facility was ok but the place is quite far from city. Must take taxi , can’t walk to MRT

This hotel is located not far to Huai Khwang station. I spent 2 and a half nights at this hotel, room is indeed very spacious which is great if you like big rooms for smaller price. Ac, fridge and TV works fine. There is a 7/11 not far, lots of moto taxi and stalls with street food which I enjoyed a lot. On the photo its a street not far from hotel, all in Chinese haha, you can see many of them there. Overall I enjoyed my stay there, I will definetily come back when Im in Bangkok. Staff was super nice and polite, also helpful. Thank you Mok Mek 72 for a great weekend.

We were warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival, and all our luggage was promptly collected. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to a lovely receptionist who even wished me a happy birthday. Although there were no ironing facilities in our room as she initially mentioned, but the issue was quickly resolved when we called “0” and had the iron delivered to our room. We were assigned a room on the 21st floor, which is on the executive level, and we noticed the executive lounge. However we were unsure if we had access to it, as it wasn't mentioned during check-in? The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, Jodd fairs, and the Ganesha shrine, which made exploring the area easy. The gym facilities were excellent, the breakfast spread was average to us, and the staff in both the lobby and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby and entrance. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a good layout. It was far from tired or old as some other reviews suggest to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful birthday card and cake. However, there were a couple of downsides. First, there were no power plugs near the bedside table, which made it inconvenient for charging our phones. We had to use outlets above the kettle area or near the bottom of the bed. Given the master controller already installed in the room, it would be great to add USB ports by the bedside for easier charging. Secondly, we found it odd that housekeeping left a card in the morning, even though the ”Do Not Disturb” sign was on our door. We’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, and typically, this kind of notice is left in the afternoon, usually after 3pm. We went for breakfast around 9am and returned around 10am, only to find the card under our door. To be honest, we found this a bit strange — are guests expected to leave early in the morning!? Of course, we understand we can contact you for housekeeping services, but receiving a card this early felt unnecessary. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would certainly return the next time we’re in Huai Khwang.

We were enjoy much to stay 5D4N there, I will come back again, there is a good facility fo the washing machine and dryer 2 in 1. Also, a few step ahead to the boat terminal, easy to get it to patunam market and Central world. There are also have shuttle service to MRT and BTS, but the schedule is a bit late for those have program on the early morning, pls do check the schedule as per attachment.

Is my 3rd stay with this hotel, this time round the check in took a bit longer and it shouldn't let this happened. As the room was not ready and decided to have a drink while waiting. Waited till almost 3.30pm, I was offer another room. Overall the room and surrounding area are well maintained and clean. Staffs are always friendly and helpful. Don't forget to head up level 37 for a swim, the view is astonishing with their newly open mini bar. You will never regret. Will back again in April.
