I got a wonderful experience with Staybridge in the past four days as this is my birthday trip. All of hotel staff are very helpful, I got a problem with my room but they helped me to solve the problem and arranged a new room for me, I really appreciate it!! Breakfast was great and the restaurant Service really nice, I recommend it! The hotel got a onsen it’s really important for me to relax. The hotel also got some exercise class which is special. I can got something to do during the raining day. However, I would like to say have one things need to improve is about the shuttle service. It’s should increase more schedule as only got one time per hours from 5pm to 8pm. Closed after 8pm it’s too early to closed. I wish I could stay in this hotel again:)

The hotel itself is OK, a little bit overpriced in comparison to other options in that area. Also, it requires some renovation. The apartment itself was clean. However, we still saw two big of them in the washroom + a lot of small ones.

Return stay after an excellent previous stay in December. Still a great experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is the rain shower is weak and the bathroom layout of no doors wets the toilet area every time you bathe. Apart from that, all good!

We are four people and booked a 3 room 4beds lakeview apartment. The room is tidy with 2 washrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room and dining area. Downstairs there is coffee club for full breakfast and nice coffee, also a Lawson. We called Grab and easy to get a car in anytime. grab to airport in day time takes around 50min which makes sense. Will recommend this hotel :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was great, especially the friendly and helpful front desk and dining area staff. I really liked the room—it was well-equipped with all the necessary functions and amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel facilities were also quite good. It’s located in the middle of Sukhumvit, which is convenient, though you do have to walk a bit from the main road to get there.
One downside was the breakfast—there weren’t many options, and I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it. Also, there are no nearby food stalls or convenience stores, so you’ll need to rely on Grab for meals.
Overall, a nice place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and good service, but with a few small drawbacks in terms of food convenience.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The overall ambiance was relaxing. The only small downside was that the sofa had a few stains, and I felt the amenities could have been a bit more comprehensive. Still, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Super busy district, noisy but clubbing vibe. Hotel staffs are very organised and professional. Price wise, good value. Simple but good enough breakfast.

Great Location and Warm Service, but Noise Management Needs Improvement
My overall experience at this hotel was quite positive, especially due to its excellent location and friendly staff. However, there are some areas that could be improved.
1. Convenient Location for Easy Travel
The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, making transportation extremely convenient. Whether taking the BTS Skytrain, hailing a taxi, or using a tuk-tuk or motorcycle taxi, getting around is hassle-free. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, including convenience stores, pharmacies, and nail salons. The nearby mall features a Starbucks and a Middle Eastern restaurant (unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try it). Additionally, there is a supermarket on the ground floor, and the hotel is connected to the mall via a pedestrian bridge, making shopping and commuting effortless.
2. Warm Service and Friendly Staff
The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, with several front desk personnel and lobby managers able to communicate in Chinese, ensuring smooth interactions. They always greeted guests politely, which created a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the beautiful and enthusiastic young woman in a red qipao at the entrance—her hospitality left a lasting impression.
3. Satisfactory Facilities and Breakfast
The room facilities were basic but functional, and the breakfast was diverse and well-prepared, providing a great start to the day. The attentive breakfast service also added to the pleasant experience.
4. Areas for Improvement: Noise Management and Service Details
Despite the overall positive stay, noise was a significant issue. Bangkok’s tuk-tuks and motorcycles operate 24/7, making the first night in an 11th-floor room facing the main road extremely noisy and difficult for rest. The next day, I switched to an 8th-floor room away from the street, but there was still a persistent low-frequency humming sound at night, likely from an electrical room. Even the hallway was affected by this noise, forcing me to change rooms again late at night.
I had specifically requested a quiet room upon check-in, but the front desk still assigned me to two different noisy rooms before finally finding a quieter option. This suggests that the front desk staff may not be fully aware of the noise levels in different rooms or did not take the request seriously. Improving room allocation based on guest preferences would greatly enhance the experience.
Another issue was at the poolside front desk. When I asked for mosquito repellent, the staff initially seemed to be fetching it but then returned and simply said there was none. This response felt dismissive. Given that the pool is an outdoor facility, it would be reasonable for the hotel to provide mosquito repellent for guests’ comfort.
5. Overall Rating
The hotel’s prime location and friendly service make it a great choice for travelers who want easy access to Bangkok’s attractions and transportation. However, noise remains a major concern, and I hope the hotel can take measures to improve soundproofing and better allocate quiet rooms upon request. Additionally, small service details, such as providing mosquito repellent at the pool, could further enhance the guest experience.
If these issues are addressed, this hotel could become one of the best accommodation choices in downtown Bangkok.

The surroundings are not too noisy, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to Ploen Chit Station. It’s very convenient to get anywhere. The room is clean. The breakfast is abundant. The only downside is that the gym is under maintenance, and the maintenance will last until May.

As an ASR member, I’d have to say this is the worst place I’ve stayed under the ASR umbrella. I wasn’t expecting the room not to have a TV. Not much privacy when showering and using the toilet. I had to leave the room whenever my wife had to use the toilet. The front patio area is rented out to another bar from across the street from 4pm to 5am EVERYDAY. You can’t just sit outside and people watch without being harassed by this impolite lady to buy her poor quality and overpriced beverages. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. I won’t stay here again.

GGuest UserIts was amazing! The seamless contactless check‑in and 24/7 WhatsApp support made arrival a breeze. My studio was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable - complete with a kitchenette, powerful shower, fast Wi‑Fi, and even a private swing on the terrace. Despite its proximity to BTS Nana and the vibrant nightlife, it was wonderfully quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again!

TThae Mon OoMy previous stay in ibis style was pretty enjoyable. Room was very cleaned and the staffs at the reception were helpful. The view from the restaurant was amazing when having the breakfast. A little bit noisy because of the train , may be because of the location.

TThi Dieu LinhThe hotel corridors and elevators are old and dark. The equipment in the room is quite good, decorated in old architecture. The room is clean and large, the sheets are quite clean. If anyone doesn't like *** *** **, they should consider, because in the building there are many girls from many countries staying. The *** where the hotel is located is where the girls stand on the sidewalk waiting for guests and many sexy beer bars perform. Suitable for going with friends, not suitable for families with young children
