Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was deeply disappointed. The staff was very slow in providing response. The room was quite dirty. The AC looks disgusting, it is obvious that it is rarely cleaned. There was blood stain on the bedsheets, the pillows were so smelly, and they didn’t bother to change it, and they didn’t bother to change it the next day when housekeeping did the male up room. They changed only after I asked them to do so. They kept giving hard time when it comes to paying services despite the fact that I left an open tab on my credit card at the receptionist. I understand that hospitality sector is struggling, but this kind of service is not acceptable.

The hotel room I like. The bathroom is separated from the clothes and mirrors. So staying here feels like home. Good food and friendly service. The hotel is clean, strategic location, close to the city center. The service is friendly and agile Especially with the receptionist @Leny, the people are beautiful, kind and communicative. Just because the parking lot is high, for the owner of the car, the auto stuck. But overall satisfied

When i got back from work to rest at this hotel, I have problem with the plumbing, and they have no solution. They also have a room phone that's not working. I have to go down to the front office, ask the front office number (and they give me a mobile phone number, which is weird).

We request our room for our wedding anniversary. and amazing they provide all our request. they give us beautiful swan towel and cute slice cake. The room very clean and nice interior. very suitable for our honeymoon. the food are nice tasted also. Staff are polite. Thanks BW

This new hotel in Banjarmasin, recently openned in June 2023 according to the hotel staff. The room and bathroom so clean, the bed so comfy. The room service is prompt and the food is delocious and not breaking your pocket. Room service food price around idr 34k that included tax what a bargain isn’t it? Morning breakfast the food also variety and their local Banjarnese cake is something that I am waiting for. It is a good place to relax with your friend and family. It is a good place if you have big gathering, meeting, reunion, part of my stay is joined my office training in Banjarmasin. Modern ball room, fresh air and we can see Banjarmasin city from the top floor of this building at the 7th floor. Will visit again this hotel, 3 star hotel but you feel like stay at 5 star hotel. the service is very friendly hotel location is strategic,close to alfamart and shopping mall I want to have a drink near Unfortunately, the facilities received are lacking, toothbrushes and etc. are only for 1 person I don't find where the dispenser is
