My only minor complaint is about the gate at the hotel entrance; taxis aren't allowed to drive directly to the main lobby door. This means you have to walk a bit with your luggage to the gate to get in and out of the car, which is a bit inconvenient.

Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. I hope the hotel can improve and truly consider the guests and hotel staff.
