Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

It might be because it's cold and the windows are not open, there is a smell in the room. I still hope to open the windows more often to get some fresh air. The hygiene of the bathroom needs to be improved. Everything else is good. The service attitude is very enthusiastic👍

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The location is really convenient, you can walk to the Zhili Governor's Office and West Street, visit the ancient city, eat food are super close, travel is particularly worry-free. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, quiet in the middle of noisy, and the living is very comfortable. The room hygiene is particularly in place, clean and tidy, no smell, and the details are handled very well. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the questions are patiently answered, very intimate. The audio and video facilities are very effective, the picture quality is clear, the sound quality is good, and it is super comfortable to relax and watch movies at night. The overall experience exceeded expectations, the service is intimate, the environment is comfortable, and the location is excellent. It is very suitable to come to Baoding to play and live here, highly recommended!

Every time I go out, I love to live in Hanting Hotel, and I choose Hanting when I come to Baoding to play. The backyard parking is very convenient, the room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are brand new and clean, the lobby is very decorated with a New Year atmosphere, the staff is kind and courteous, and warm water and snacks are delivered before leaving, very, very good! 😍😍

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!
