The hotel's facilities are quite good, though there aren't many elevators, leading to long waits. The service, however, left me speechless. I was initially told that my two rooms could be on the same floor, only to be informed half an hour later that it wasn't possible. Also, if a room is registered to only one person, you only get one key card, which meant I couldn't access another floor. When I registered my child's ID later that evening to get another key card, the previous card was deactivated. Getting a replacement key card was more complicated and took longer than the initial check-in process. To top it off, all key cards stopped working the next day... This is the first time I've encountered such baffling service and policies.

Very nice stay at this hotel with friendly staff. I was surprised with the quality of the room when I stepped in. This hotel provides great amenities and the location is perfect because it is walking distance to a huge mall with plenty of food and shops. People in Baoding are generally friendly towards tourists, probably because they do not get a lot of foreign tourists coming to visit the city. It was a good stay for me as a solo traveller. But I also recommend staying at this hotel for couples and family travellers as well.

The location is very good. Close to shopping centres. The night view from our window is spectacular. Definitely will stay in the future again.

After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! ! The video was shot in the room on the 12th floor of the hotel with the windows closed!
