The service was warm and convenient, especially suitable for the pace of young travelers. This time, my stay at the Atour in Baoding also left a very good impression. During check-in, due to differences in personal habits, I communicated with the staff to make a slight adjustment to the check-in conditions. The communication was very smooth, and the problem was resolved immediately. Upon check-out, different staff members repeatedly inquired whether I was satisfied with my stay. Compared to the mechanical communication or very negative service attitudes I've encountered before, this was very comfortable. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.
