This hotel is great! I've stayed in so many hotels on business trips, but this one was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to check in, and any problems were resolved promptly. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was excellent! It washed away all the fatigue of the day. The underfloor heating was great, the temperature was comfortable, and it wasn't drying. The facilities were quite complete, including a laundry room and a gym. There's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for driving and taking a taxi. Business trips are tiring enough, so having a place where you feel pampered is really worth it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

My stay at the Vienna Hotel Baoding was excellent! The hotel's overall environment and hygiene were top-notch, with clean and refreshing public areas. The guest rooms were well-designed and fully equipped. The toiletries were clean and hygienic, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were polite and friendly, and always responded promptly to any requests. The location is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll certainly stay here again next time I'm in Baoding.

Staying here is very convenient when traveling to Baoding. Formerly known as Wanyue, it has now joined Huazhu Group, offering even better services. It's very convenient to get to the Governor's Mansion, Huai Army Headquarters, and Natural History Museum from here. You can easily reach them by car, taxi, or public transport. There are also many restaurants nearby, such as Xihepo Ma Pangzi and Hui Cui Life Restaurant, which offer good food at reasonable prices.

I was in a rush and didn't have time to take any photos. Parking was convenient, and the front desk upgraded my room for free on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and amenities. The reception staff were patient and welcoming, so I stayed another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Baoding.

Not bad! First of all, the location is very good! It is very close to Dacige, Zhili Governor, and West Street. Secondly, the front desk and floor attendants are very enthusiastic. The hotel has its own parking space, breakfast, although there are not many types, but there are some, especially the sauce meat biscuits are delicious 👍 By the way, when I left the store, I dropped a thermos cup, and the front desk clerk quickly chased it out, thank you!

Due to the rush when booking, the window of the room was not seen. Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.
