"Cleanliness was acceptable and breakfast options atypical of Chinese hotels. My room was facing the afternoon sun and it was really warm and had no ventilation. Unfortunately, there isn't a vent built into the Windows as well, hence the heat built up quickly. Centralised heating was turned on and the AC cooling was turned off which is typical of most hotels during Winter. Had trouble sleeping at night as it was too stuffy and warm."

"The first night's accommodation was problematic. Last time, the deals included elegant double rooms, so I assumed it would be the same. I repeatedly asked during the live stream if it was a minimalist double room, and they said yes. The front desk even left a positive review on their phone. However, when I opened the door, it was a business room. I called the front desk and they said the price difference was too great to change rooms. I figured I'd make do for one night, but the next day I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the heating was broken, and I thought it would warm up once the air was on. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, and my child caught a cold. Overall, it was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had."

The in-room facilities were brand new and complete, with all sorts of smart appliances and high-end toiletries provided, making for a fantastic experience. The staff were gentle and attentive, very pleasant to communicate with, thoughtful without being intrusive. The location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining. With its elegant environment, perfect hygiene, and brand-new, comprehensive facilities, it's suitable for both vacations and short stays."

The only thing is that the room is not soundproof."

"A great hotel, the actual experience matches the pictures on Ctrip, and parking is convenient. We stayed on the 23rd floor, with a view of the Wei River, the largest tributary of the Yellow River that flows through the city. The bedding in the room was very good, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area for a dry and wet separation. Bottled water was available on the table in the elevator area on each floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the noodles were delicious. The "One Bowl of Spicy Oil" hot pot restaurant recommended by the receptionist was excellent, and the receptionist was polite, warm, and understanding. Overall, a great new hotel, five stars."

The staff member actually rolled her eyes at me 🙄 and curtly told me they clean rooms every day. Seriously, what kind of behavior is that????????????? Oh, perhaps I interrupted the two 'beauties' who were engrossed in their phones chatting 🙄🙄. After all, when I walked in, I saw them both glued to their screens, browsing webpages. 🙄🙄🙄 I've never stayed at a hotel where the staff rolls their eyes at guests. The Wi-Fi signal at Holiday Inn Express was terrible and completely unusable. The hotel breakfast was almost entirely vegetarian, with only a meager meat option. But honestly, what was with that eye-roll? 🙄🙄🙄 I've never written a bad review before, but this first one goes out to you. 🙄🙄🙄"

"Must praise the front desk staff of this hotel! The whole process of checking in at the store is efficient and gentle. The young lady patiently explained the room type rights and interests, the surrounding play routes with a smile, and also took the initiative to remind the parking precautions. If you have any questions, you will not tire of meticulous answers. The service is intimate and professional. The rooms were cleaned, the whole house had no smell, and the bedding was soft and sleepy. The buffet breakfast is complete, hot dishes, noodles, fruits are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and taste online. The overall price/performance ratio is full, the warm heart service at the front desk is directly extra points, and I will look for this one next time I come to the local area!"

The soundproofing in the room is fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options; the 'Star Road Noodle' advertised is particularly good. The only drawbacks were how long it took to check in, and it would be helpful if the Wi-Fi password could be provided directly to guests during check-in."

"Service: Let's focus on the service. I called to inquire about parking in the basement. When I got to the gate, I couldn't get through. The security lady asked for a hotel parking permit. I assumed it was a Bluetooth card or some other IC card. Then, another car was coming in and out, blocking a small lane. The occupants ran to the front desk to ask. The front desk told me to park on the ground floor, and the security lady handed me a piece of paper with just four words laminated on it. Only then did the basement security lady let me in! Is that really that rigid? Then, our group of six arrived at the lobby, looking for a place to put our bags and check in. A cleaning lady was sitting on a sofa in the lobby, chatting and laughing with the receptionist! Sigh... Around 7 PM on March 19th. You can check the security cameras!"
