"This was the worst hotel experience I had during my trip around Shaanxi. The separate management really lowered the overall quality of my stay. The front desk staff were lukewarm, and they even asked me for payment records when I tried to extend my stay. By half an hour before breakfast ended, there was hardly anything left to eat (and there wasn't much to begin with). My room was on the 19th floor, but that didn't stop small flying insects from getting in. When I borrowed an electric mosquito swatter from the hotel at night, I was told to return it quickly. The service lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem to consider the guests' needs. Shouldn't the hotel handle pest control first? Even though it's a newly opened hotel, the carpets in the hallway already had visible stains. I booked this hotel because it was ranked number one, but it definitely didn't live up to its reputation!"

"Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well."

The design and view of the suite are also very good."

"I passed through Baoji during the May Day holiday. Many hotels were fully booked, so it was rare to have a room here. The service attitude was good and enthusiastic, but the room did have some flaws. The sound insulation was so poor that I could hear the normal conversation in the next room clearly. The noise in the corridor was so loud that it seemed as if there were no doors. The various noises from upstairs and downstairs were very annoying. It should be a problem with the quality of the building and decoration, but the service staff were really nice!"

"I was on a business trip and found such a hotel in Baoji. It is only ten minutes away from the high-speed rail station. There are many taxis at the exit, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel parking is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is right at the door of the hotel. It is very convenient to eat and eat snacks in the surrounding areas, such as the Sunny Day Supermarket and the fruit shop. The check-in lady at the front desk was also very fast. The professional customer service lady also sent towels and sour plum soup. Drinking a cup of sour plum soup in summer is really thirst-quenching hahahahahaha. The room is 45 square meters, close to the community and quieter. The bathroom shower room is separated into dry and wet areas. The room is equipped with men's gel cream. You can simply clean up when you go out. You can wash clothes for free on the 12th floor. The fully automatic washing machine is open 24 hours a day, equipped with Blue Moon laundry detergent. If it is not enough, you can add it at any time. There is also free afternoon tea, fruit, snacks, and desserts in the lobby on the first floor. Coffee is free. There is free midnight snack in the evening, from 9:30 to 11 o'clock, with unlimited food. The front desk also provides free earplugs, isatis root, coffee, etc. Check-out the next day is also delayed to the afternoon, before 3 o'clock at the latest, so you can rest for a while if you are not in a hurry. The customer service manager also gave me a small snack when checking out. It was really nice. I like it."
