I'd suggest a password-based connection or direct login instead of the cumbersome third-party redirection. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety. The service, though, felt a bit stiff. One male manager at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic, assisting with luggage, but the rest of the staff were just okay. The room itself was spacious, but there were no complimentary cold drinks."

"Whether it's good or bad, see for yourselves. I checked in after 10:30 PM. An hour before check-in, the hotel called to confirm my arrival. After confirming, they explicitly said they would thoroughly clean the room. I didn't expect it to be like this after check-in: there was still unflushed feces in the toilet, and the trash can and the table were like this after wiping with wet wipes. Parking was provided, but the parking lock was locked. They claimed it was for a traffic ticket and made me drive to three different parking lots, wasting twenty minutes without finding a place to park. Finally, the hotel unlocked the lock, and I parked in the open space in front of the hotel. I had planned to stay in Baoji for two days, but now I've lost all interest and am going home. It's the ***** New Year, so it's understandable that there are many hotels, as I always choose this hotel when I go to Baoji. I didn't expect this time... sigh."

"Had a fantastic stay! They upgraded us to a deluxe king room for free, which was spacious and bright, and even had a bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located near Chencang Old Street and the Bronze Ware Museum, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself has a great design aesthetic, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our concierge was particularly responsive. The breakfast included their special 'Saozi noodles,' which were delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends."

There is a seafood buffet in the western restaurant on the first floor on Fridays and Saturdays. Cheesecake is made for me, super delicious😄 Every service staff is very enthusiastic and very nice"

"First off, the hotel is incredibly close to Baoji Station, right across from Guomao Plaza. The cleanliness and overall environment are excellent. The room itself is nice, and the bathroom even has disposable toilet seat covers. The water temperature and pressure in the shower are also very good. The soundproofing in the room is fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options; the 'Star Road Noodle' advertised is particularly good. The only drawbacks were how long it took to check in, and it would be helpful if the Wi-Fi password could be provided directly to guests during check-in."

"I was just extending my stay and simply asked the front desk if rooms are usually cleaned around midday. The staff member actually rolled her eyes at me 🙄 and curtly told me they clean rooms every day. Seriously, what kind of behavior is that????????????? Oh, perhaps I interrupted the two 'beauties' who were engrossed in their phones chatting 🙄🙄. After all, when I walked in, I saw them both glued to their screens, browsing webpages. 🙄🙄🙄 I've never stayed at a hotel where the staff rolls their eyes at guests. The Wi-Fi signal at Holiday Inn Express was terrible and completely unusable. The hotel breakfast was almost entirely vegetarian, with only a meager meat option. But honestly, what was with that eye-roll? 🙄🙄🙄 I've never written a bad review before, but this first one goes out to you. 🙄🙄🙄"

"1. The room is ample, but I was given the last room at the end. 2. There are obviously many long hairs on the bedside table, and there are also unknown curly hairs on the toilet. 3. The sound will be much quieter, and there is no warning in advance. As a hotel employee, you will not be unaware that this kind of roar may occur nearby every day or occasionally. As someone who travels frequently for business, I would like to comment responsibly. The experience of staying in this hotel is extremely poor.
